My A/C went out and so I called around looking for someone to come out ASAP. I went down the list as was presented on google. First place only had 'after hours' appointments until Thursday June 29th. So the after hours appointments are substantially more expensive. The 2nd company on the list was even more pricey than the first but they could come out today in a few hours. They were very professional so I scheduled and appoint. However, I decided to still call the 3rd company and very glad I did. Mike answered the call and said he can have someone out to me in half an hour plus the service visit is only $110 which included labor. OK, you got me. Come on over. Mike and his assistant came right over and checked everything out. Apparently an over aggressive weed wacker went to town on the unit and cut the line. Mike repaired it and added a sheath so that it won't happen again. He also noted that I was low on refrigerant and took care of that. Less than an hour later and I was back up and running without a huge dent in my wallet. I highly recommend HAUSER HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING!!! Plus it was nice to #SHOP LOCAL
My air conditioner was not working and was making a lot of noise. I made one phone call and it was fixed. No unnecessary repairs. Great value. Saved me a lot of $$$. Terrific customer service.
Wow, such great people. Super timely, kind, thoroughly explained things. Fixed the problem and when I do need replacement I will be going to them! Quite impressed. I'll be sharing their name with my clients.

Hauser Heating and Air Conditioning are the very BEST! They were kind, helpful and professional! They made the process of purchasing a new air conditioner so simple. I appreciate them so very much and will be calling them for all my heating and cooling needs. From scheduling the appointment to the people that came out to my home to install the air conditioner, they were all WONDERFUL! I can't thank them enough for their kindness and help!! Couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Mike and his helper were here same day to check out my very old A/C system which I was ready to replace. They were both so courteous and professional. Mike checked things out, found a coolant leak and repaired it, cleaned the outside of the condenser unit outside and rerouted some things.. it’s like I have a brand new A/C unit things are so much cooler even upstairs! I appreciate that they didn’t try to just sell me a new condenser even though I was ready to buy one. That’s a company you can trust! Thanks again guys!
I feel like I just won the lottery finding Hauser Heating and Cooling. I originally called one hour heating and cooling and they stated I needed Freon and quoted me $3000 to $5000 to recharge my unit. I chose not to repair my unit late last summer due to that quote was outrageous. I friend referred me to call Hauser to at least get a second opinion. They were prompt with scheduling a service call for me. Once arrived, they inspected and found that my unit didn't even need Freon, there was a blockage. They repaired the blockage and everything is working perfectly. They were honest, reasonable, professional, and I trust the work they performed. They just made a new lifetime customer. I will never again use another HVAC company other than Hauser. Shout out to Derek and Neil who were my technicians. Great company and great service. Thank you for keeping me cool this summer!
Hauser family is great, immediate contact on the phone with the owner(s). Same day service, immediate fix. The technician, Derek, that did the work is fantastic.

We've used Hauser H & C multiple times on separate occasion's, each exceeding our expectation's. Installed new water heater, new whole house humidifier, checked entire HVAC system for proper functioning, and new fireplace. Excellent quality, speedy service; highly recommend to all friend's and family.

Furnace not working, mid winter cold weather, worst case scenario, until I called Hauser Heating and Cooling. Damage caused by power spike during ice storm. I needed an entire new system, mid winter with below freezing weather. Every person I dealt with initial phone call to paying the bill were professional, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. This is one company built on a solid service oriented reputation. I called in panic and left a lifelong customer for all my heating and cooling needs.

I have to say Mike Hauser came to my house and completed a somewhat difficult job replacing 2 heaters 2 A/C & ect . Mike and his crew where professional, courteous, and a man of his word . I have been in the building industry for many years and I have never ran into a young gentleman like Mike Hauser so if you want a honest heating contract call Mike best thing I ever did.

Exceptional service!!!! I almost never give reviews but the service I received today exceeded expectation. Starting with answering the communication, service call and replacement of my AC unit. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt my best interest was always being considered. Lastly, request for service call and new install on the hottest day of the year was all done on the same day.
Mike is the best. He provides same day (or doggone near) service during a supply chain crisis and employee shortage dilemma. His team of employees are professional, fast, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs even though they work VERY hard. Mike is completely honest and won't sell you anything you don't need. No upselling, no conning, no lying. The installers even went out of their way to make a few little tasks easier for me. They explained maintenance and answered any questions with respect and patience. Don't go anywhere else.
I had a big job where we needed to retrofit an old 1960's house with air conditioning. Because of the layout of the house we needed a system installed in the basement and a system in the attic. Mike and his crew from the initial quote were great, very professional, and on top of their game plus they had the best price with the highest efficiency products. Mike sent his full crew of 8 to 10 people for 3.5 days to complete the work and they all worked very hard and did their absolute best to keep the house clean and explain the work they were doing. Can't appreciate it enough. I should also mention they got me scheduled in a week vs other the other quotes being multiple weeks out plus other companies said it would be 5 to 7 days worth of work. All decision on where to place ducts were done as a team and they took the aesthetics of my house as a real priority. I would hire again in a heart beat.
