Jerry installed a Fujitsu mini split system in my cottage. It worked well for about 6 months.. I began using the AC system and the system.leaked profusely inside the cottage causing water damage. Jerry came out, serviced the system claimed in was repaired. System still leaks profusely and is still under warranty. Called Jerry....no return call... Hired South Lyon Heating and Cooling to fix Jerry's Heating and Cooling subpar service. If you want to get ripped off hire this company.
Jerry was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing. My central air stopped working. It was 90 degrees out and he fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend him and call him again myself.
Fast & Friendly service in my time of need during a snow storm!
Over the course of a week I left 2 msgs and my daughter left 2 msgs. Never received a call back. Either they're out of business (though there is an answering machine) or they practice rudeness as a business model.
Unreliable.
I left messages for three companies to service my air conditioner this past summer. Two of the companies never called me back and the third called 10 days later! I called Jerry's Heating and Cooling and an hour later I had a call back from him. He fixed our air conditioner within 4 days and it took that long because he needed to order a special part. Jerry's Heating and Cooling is the best! We use them for our home and business and get prompt, expert service at a very fair price. We were told by one large, well known company that we needed to replace our entire system and spend thousands of dollars - Jerry repaired it in no time for under $200 - that was several years ago and it's still running strong. I highly recommend Jerry's Heating and Cooling for all of your heating and cooling needs both residential and commercial! It's nice to know there's an honest company out there.
