Never return calls when their workmanship was substandard.
Love Hutchinson. They will come out and quote you, but will be very Honest and only sell you what you need! They dont try to rip you off. I requested a quote for a new A/C, they came out within an hour to look at it. To my surprise, I was expecting a huge bill, but instead they suggested a cheap maintenance visit instead! They are very honest, and always do good work! They wont sell you what you don't need. Our builder tried to rip us off snd put in a ytiny AC unit about 10 years ago, but luckily Hutchinson pushed back and made them install the proper unit for out house! They told them they wouldn't do the job unless it was done right! Thank you Hutchinson! They installed our furnace / AC, and humidifier. If you are looking for a legit Heating & Cooling. This is the place to go! They are extremely knowledgeable and always do the job right!!! In parallel, the other company came put that also has a fruit market and quoted us reficulous amounts of money. Two completely different paths, one that was around $7k vs $99. The choice is yours. Hk with the fruit guysxand throw ur money away, or go with an honest company that won't rip you off!!!!!

The owner came out to our home, and he was incredibly humble and kind! And the guys who came to install not only our furnace and ac, but my Moms ac were super knowledgeable and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
BEWARE! to those who want to business with this company they will NOT disclose the individual prices of their products without the installation fees included. All I requested was the itemized cost of a furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and cost of installation, and they refused to provide it for me. Their reply to me for why they could not provide me with the individual pricing was that they do not sell to the public. WHAT? So, let me get this straight, you will sell me a furnace, air conditioner, and a humidifier as long as I do not request the individual prices of each item? If I do ask for the itemized cost of each item you will not sell them to me. This is so wrong, in so many ways and a poor way to do business in my opinion. Who in their right mind would disagree with me when someone is going to be spending a few thousand dollars not to ask what their money is being spent on.
Can’t thank you guys enough ! Dealt with two other companies regarding my AC over the last 3 wks and wished i would’ve just called you guys first. The office staff was so nice , Ed came out for the quote and was externally personable and professional, then the install guys today - top notch. Amazing company you all have ! Thank you for getting our AC installed and the awesome experience!
First time customer with Hutchison, Cliff arrived to look at my furnace, his service, communication, extensive knowledge, and information he provided was excellent. Great first time experience with this company.
Hutchison were the contractors that installed the hvac for the new construction of my house. I've had a few issues that they had to come out and help with. I can say EVERY employee i've ever dealt with from the person answering the phone, to the serviceman, they all are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help however they can. 100% recommend their services for anything you need.
I was so impressed with Hutchison Mechanical’s professionalism, honesty, kindness, and above all quality. They definitely do “whatever it takes”. I love the team Ed, Dave, Larry, and Randy who answered ever question and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. You treated me like family and I will ever be thankful for our high efficiency unit. God bless!

I have been very impressed with Hutchison Mechanical for all my HVAC needs. Unfortunately, my furnace wasn’t working last night when I got home from New Year’s Eve. I called them this morning on the holiday and they sent Cliff who was promptly here within in half hour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem within a matter of minutes. He showed me exactly where the problem was. He replaced the igniter and the blower draft inducer motor. I have noticed the past few weeks that I could hear a wining noise when the heat kicked on. That isn’t what caused the igniter to go, but he said it would soon need to be replaced and he even had to manually spin it to get it moving. I didn’t want to have to have that work done at a later date, so he took care of both of them quickly and with skill. The truck he used was fully stocked with everything he needed to complete the job. It is now working great and quiet as ever. Glad to not be freezing any more! It was a little pricey, but considering it was the holiday I expected it to be a bit more. It’s almost always true, but you get what you pay for. I’d rather pay a little more and have the job done correctly by professionals than to trust some rinky-dink company that uses inferior parts and they don’t know what they’re doing. They are a great company and Cliff is amazing, a definite asset to Hutchison to have working for them. Highly recommend. If you want the best, give them a call. They haven’t failed me yet and they are very quick to fix your problem.
Great company, great customer service.
I have not used this service. But today (9.50 am) one of the drivers did not stop on a red sign and was on his mobile phone in a Rochester neighborhood (chase drive and dequinder rd) while I was crossing with my 6 month old baby. Saw us did not care!!!
Jason was very professional, articulate and he helped me to understand my HVAC system and how to maintain it. He worked quickly and inspected the overall system completely. I now understand how my zoned system works. If I wanted service again I would request Jason.
Way better price than the competition in the area
We called Monday to explain we were having problems with either our thermostat or air conditioning. They came out within a couple of hours and replaced the thermostat and also waited to see how it was working. The 2 technicians did a great job and we appreciate the quick service. Hutchinson Mechanical is Awesome, dependable and provides excellent Customer Service.

This company is exceptional. I called on a weekend and my call was returned in 5 minutes. They arranged to come out that day. Very professional and experienced. Highly would recommend this company. Cliff was great!!
We had a furnace replacement done a couple days ago and couldn't be happier. The technicians arrived when they said they would and went right about their business. When they left you couldn't even tell they were there. They were respectful of us and our property. They took the time to set up and walk us through the new wi-fi t- stat. As a retired tradesman I was impressed with the quality of work. We did have one hiccup that showed up the next morning. I called and Cliff was there within an hour. All good now. I would highly recommend!!
