AC and Heater replacement: Macomb, MI: Excellent service from Randazzo on ac and heater replacement today at our home. Sales representative was very helpful in explaining the various options and how they are different from each other in terms of pros and cons by spending enough time with us. Service technicians were very professional and prompt in taken care of everything and consulted us whenever our preference matters. They left the work area very neat and tidy once the work is complete. They proactively did the work in the way customer expects to complete (as if their home). Finally explained the system and its maintenance needs clearly for us. Very satisfied with the service from Randazzo. Its our second house we are using heat/cool products and services.
Every aspect of their service was outstanding. From our salesman Dennis who was knowledgable, friendly and not high pressure.. it was a pleasure to deal with him. The installation team of Julien and Robert did an outstanding job in installing our new furnace and air conditioning unit. Both were extremely knowledgeable,pleasant and friendly. They explained everything we needed to know about our new units and did all the work in a timely manner. Based in my experience with Randazzo's, I would highly recommend them.
Nicholas King came out to my home and quickly discovered that the issue I was facing was due to duct work. Although he couldn’t help with this issue, he made several phone calls to find out who could. I was so impressed with his kindness, professionalism, and patience. Overall, my experience with this heating and cooling technician was outstanding. His honesty, reliability, and commitment to providing exceptional service were commendable. I highly recommend this technician to anyone in need of heating and cooling services. They have certainly earned my trust and future business.
Both Alex and Joe went above and beyond my expectations. They were a great team that worked tirelessly, while answering every question I had in understandable detail. My new HVAC system looks amazing.
I am very pleased with my Randazzo experience. I received an awesome deal and excellent quality work on the installation of a new AC unit, furnace and water heater. The workers arrived on time. They were professional, diligent, efficient and hardworking. They installed everything in one day! They explained how everything worked, cleaned up and left me with a cooler home, hotter water and confidence in my choice of Randazzo as my service provider. I highly recommend Randazzo. Excellent service. Mr Howard came very late on an urgent Friday night call which we placed when our a/C stopped working when it was over 80•. He diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the faulty filter and provided us instructions on the care of the unit. We were very happy with his services!
This is an exceptional company with great values!! Wish all service providers in America worked like this. Very honest and amazing crew. I got to interact with different departments of the company in the process of installing my two new HVAC units and everyone was amazing. Sales advisor Tramal Hughes was very honest and gave us the right advice. The finance dept was as efficient as they could be! The scheduling and Installation crew was great as well, went above and beyond on a bad weather day and fully got it done. Overall, an exemplary company to work with!
Justin and Aiden were very professional and meticulous in their work and didn’t just do their installation of a Lennox Top of the Line HVAC system but performed their artistry with an eye to each minute detail. I am grateful to have them for our crew. Highly recommend.
The gentleman were very polite and courteous. Explain everything that they were doing and why it’s done a certain way. They dismantle and installed the new Furnace and Air conditioning unit in a timely manner. It was great to see these young men doing a job they love and speak highly of the company they work for. I definitely will refer them to my friends and family.
Justin, Aiden and Damien were friendly, polite, and did an amazing job. Justin showed me everything I needed to know about the furnace and a/c and asked several times if I had any questions. He was very thorough. The team cleaned everything up. If I didn't have a new furnace and a/c, you wouldn't even know they were here. I highly recommend Randazzo.
Randazzo installed a top tier HVAC system in my home in June of last year. Today was my first annual maintenance visit. Greg was a knowledgeable, thorough tech who checked and cleaned EVERYTHING, including the coils on the outside compressor unit. I paid only for the furnace filter and humidifier pad, which were priced well. My overall experience with Randazzo and the Lennox equipment has far exceeded my expectations. I'm a perfectionist and I like to ask a lot of questions...these guys and gals were here for me through every step. Highly recommend Randazzo for your HVAC needs. We bought a mini-split system in spring 2023 and they did the install well, but my wife didn't like the looks of the line-hides in the back or the larger unit on our main floor. They were kind enough to come back two weeks later and uninstall the larger unit and the line-hides. Fantastic customer support, pricing, and workmanship.
Bryant and Jacob came out today to install my new AC unit. Both were very professional and kind. Bryant gave me a final walk through and they did an exceptional job.
Hired Randazzo to replace a 31 year-old builder-installed residential HVAC system whose AC component finally needed a repair that was not worth pursuing. All interaction with the company and its representatives has been professional and courteous. Quote was competitive, with all options fully explained and five final configurations presented by Carl, the representative who paid the sales call. All work that would be done was also explained in the sales visit, as modifications to the house in conjunction with the selected options meant that some additional work would be required. I was glad to be able to schedule an install only 1 week out from my sales visit and worked with Randazzo representatives on obtaining financing through a separate company. The installation crew of Justin, Pete, Aiden, and Andrew did an outstanding job, asking questions when needed, and were very careful when performing the demo and install. The new system and its basic maintenance was explained to us when all was done and a review of the work performed (and how it might have needed to vary from what was presented originally) was also given. They were thorough in their clean-up, making sure that the basement and their staging area outside were back in the condition they were upon arrival. I had seen their commercials for years and when it was time to pull the trigger on getting this major project (in scope and expense) done, included them in my list of companies to contact. Their jingle prompts you to "go with the name you know". I ultimately did just that, and have been glad I did.
Kevin was great. Very polite. Cleaned up after installing HVAC system. Very professional install. All new parts make the job look great. A very complete explanation of the system.
Gregory was awesome. He was extremely helpful in explaining the diagnostic to someone who doesn’t have much knowledge in the domain. He was really courteous and did everything he could to help us understand what our next steps should be with the repair and diagnosis. Randazzo serves quite a few customers in the Michigan area and could probably use a few more Gregorys to meet the demands of their ever increasing customer base. If there’s any constructive feedback to randazzo, it is about the availability, or lack thereof. It’s extremely difficult to get a new appointment scheduled because their services are in such high demand. Please try to resolve your staffing issues so you can have wait times that are less than two weeks during summer time.
Another great experience with Randazzo Heating and Cooling. They're always helpful and responsive. Kurt was very knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed all concerns and explained how to prevent issues in the future. Thank you very much for your help today!
My furnace wouldn't kick on all the way so I had them come out to troubleshoot the problem. They told me I needed a new circuit board which I got charged over $800 for. When he installed it the furnace still wasn't working. He then replaced the thermostat and then it worked. Seems to me that they charged me over $800 for something I didn't even need. Two days later it got hot outside and the now the ac wouldn't work. My husband called and they wouldn't send someone out to see what happened for free. I then called 911 Heating and Cooling and they came out the same day because of my health issues and can't tolerate the heat very well. When they came in they checked the thermostat and the ac wire wasn't even attached. I will never use Randazzo again! No apologies from them at all for them not coming to fix their own screw up or charging me so much for something I didn't even need.
I just had my furnace and air conditioner replaced and from estimate to install I could not be happier. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Randazzo Heating & Cooling to anyone who is looking to have their units repaired or replaced. GREAT JOB!
