Robert was great. Notified me a few days before of his information and time. Then the morning of let me know he was on the way. Super friendly and knowledgeable of my pool heater. Highly recommend.
Heat pump service. Technician with good knowledge. Quick diagnoses and repair - about 10min to have my issue fixed. Only problem was the price. $408 for diagnosis, 10min service and one replaced part (small valve). We are satisfied with the service even the price was over expected.
I’ve used Tech IV twice now. Both times they came out quickly. Same day within 2 hours once, and the very next morning the second time. They completed the repairs/replacement same day as well. More than reasonable pricing. Great people to work with. 100% recommend.

Highly recommend! My pool heater was not working after getting the pool opened. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. They got Robert out in about one hour time the same day! He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I have had some disastrous experiences with pool repair services, so it was nice to get good quality service promptly. Thank you Tech IV!

I am very pleased with the installation of the new thermostat. The diagnostic tech was very professional, prompt and efficient with his service. I had Tech IV install a new furnace last year and they did a great job with that installation. I would recommend them to friends and family. Great job Tech IV!

I'm a maintenance supervisor for a property and I'd definitely recommend this company if anyone is looking for a change/new HVAC company. Service is quick and professional. The techs are knowledgeable and will help share some of that knowledge with your maintenance techs to prevent future issues. They are the best I've ever used you won't be dissapointed
Purchased a new 75 gallon Lochinvar water heater. The price kept going up with every phone call but that seems to be the new normal in times we live in now. The waterheater works great, they were on time, the installation seems okay (the cold water inlet pipe seems a little wobbly but I am not sure how they could better secure it) but a little frustrated with the pan that goes under the water heater. We had a pan already but they seemed to want to charge me $45 for a new pan. They ended up not installing a pan under the new water heater but they also took my old pan! They should have at least left behind our old pan... it belonged to us after all.
First rate service. Will be my first and only call if I ever encounter another hvac problem.
