My air conditioner was not working properly this year. I called Michigan Heating and cooling and they came out very quickly and fixed the problem for a reasonable price!
We had a great experience with Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Our technician, Trae, came out and diagnosed our AC problem and within an hour Joe was there to give us a quote. Unfortunately the AC unit in the older home we recently moved into was just old and needed replacing. Joe gave us an estimate with 3 different options and he helped make a decision on what would be best for the size of our home and our needs. We ended up purchasing a furnace and ac unit. Within a couple days, James and Andrew came out for the installation and we were kept up to speed on everything they were doing and they answered any questions we had along the way. All 4 guys that came out were courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.
Way to expensive. Repairman did his job with no problems
Very professional but couldn't fix the faucet and we still paid more than $100 fee.
We had James and Andrew come out and installed a new unit on our church building. They were extremely professional and very courteous! I do recommend Michigan Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing for any future service you may need!
James was a good HVAC installer. Very polite people, answer any questions I had through the process of my new furnace and air conditioner.
Also had sump pump replaced. This is the third time I've received services from this company and have always been pleased with it. Chris W. did an excellent job taking care of our plumbing issues.
Great experience working with them throughout the entire process. Very honest sales guy (Joe). Didn’t try and upsell or push the more expensive options. James and Andrew completed the install. They were great. Kept me updated during the whole day. Walked me through everything when done. Very professional. High quality work done right!
We are very impressed with this company. A sudden leak the night before a home sale inspection put us in a pinch. Chris came out promptly and did all that he could to resolve the issue. Chris was prompt, honest, professional, and friendly. Everything about our experience was positive. I highly recommend this company, as well as their plumber, Chris. Top notch!

The guys that installed my AC units and furnaces Andrew Butterfield and James were great at explaining things, and very professional. Jared, G one of the managers at Michigan heating and cooling recommended a AC unit that works like a dimmer switch. The one on the left in the picture. I went with one being the fancier better unit just because I figured I would give it a try. Now I’ve called back a week later to have the two stage 16 seer, possibly replaced with the recommended unit by Jared as it works much better than the 16 seer I’m my opinion. It is way quieter and having no trouble cooling over 2000 ft.² The 16 seer is also cooling 2000 ft.² and doing a good job but after one week I have just falling in love with the small quieter unit.
These folks are AWSOME , prompt , and friendly , they had answers and I felt that they payed attention to what my family needed
Trace Hill knew what he was doing he answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the system I would recommend Michigan heating and cooling for their services

We had our furnace replaced. The team from sales, instillation, electrical (wired our new wi-fi) thermostat, and office all did a great job. I would use this team every time!
Our air conditioning stopped working and Jared Goralski was able to come out the day we called. He was able to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend.

Mark was able to come out on the same day of my call which was unexpected, especially at the start of summer. He took the time to troubleshoot my issues and fix the unit without attempting to sell me anything extra. Most techs would have thrown in the towel at the first block in the road and charged me 600-800 for a new coil. Could not say enough good things about the work Mark did.
