Absolutely an amazing group of people to work with. All of my future work will be done through them. Very polite, courteous, professional and thorough. Recommend to anyone. I don't think this list has all of what they can do.

These guys are the greatest, had a problem with my thermostat. Called them up and they were out within the hour, prompt service and very professional, they got the job done and everything is working great. Highly recommend them.
Called at closing time and had a very informed technician arrive by 9:00 am the next day. Located the problem, had the part on the truck and fixed the furnace immediatly. Also did a quick furnace cleaning. Job well done!

Jack's "tech" came out to change an anode rod on my hot water tank and couldn't even find the rod! He thought the hot water line was the anode rod. He strongly suggested a water heater replacement even after telling me that the water tank was fine. Unreal. I used Jack's through the DTE appliance protection program. Horrible experience with these people and I will be sharing my experience online. Follow up 6/7/22: as you can see, the "owner" replied and asked me to call him, but after numerous phone calls, never an answer, never a response. I'm not surprised.
I feel we got a great deal on our furnace and a/c unit. It has been working well.
Jack's came out the same day I called. Other companies wanted me to wait several days. Also came so I didn't have to pay the night time fee. Although they didn't have the part, when it came in, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again!

Very quick response time. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and resolved my issue with a malfunctioning fuel oil furnace promptly. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Jack's installed original furnace when house was first built, I'm second owner, had Jack's install air conditioner twenty two years ago. Then eight years ago, they installed whole house generator (after ice storm). Six years ago, new furnace, two years ago new air conditioner. They have good products, great service people. Very reliable.
Service installers were very professional. Answered all my questions. On time for all visits. Would recommend.
Professionals. Cannot understand any of the lower reviews. Their estimate was competitive, the did what the said they were going to do, did what I asked as it was reasonable, and most telling, the county inspectors confirmed Jacks always did a quality install. Highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys!!
Had them for boiler test and to replace vents for boilers. Great service. Highly recommend

Needed AC and furnace replaced. Owner came out personally and sat with us to review our options. Answered all our questions including my wife's 100 extra questions. Crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. They answered my questions and didnt mind my nosiness. I'm sure I was a pest! Great family business!
What kind of person just walks into a house without permission!! NEVER deal with these people! They are rude, unprofessional and just plain CREEPY!!
