They put a new furnace in my old house. It was amazing! Great service! I also had them come out to my current home last summer because my AC went out. Quickly repaired and the prices are very good.
When our A/C went out we called West Michigan Heating and air conditioning. They gave me a couple quotes on a few different units. After accepting one of the quotes they got us in ahead of schedule, showed up on time, and got the job done quick and efficiently! They cleaned up after them selves and left the house like they were never there. Great communication and easy to work with. As well as a very friendly and helpful staff! I highly recommend their services when I’m need! They will not disappoint.
Today we had a great crew from this company install a new HVAC system for us. They were professional and kind and a pleasure to have in our home. We were thankful for how fast they got out to help us and were a great provider! Very thoughtful, clean and efficient. I highly recommend them! Very professional, furnace was put in the next day. They brought over portable electric heaters for us to use overnight. Very impressed 👍.
Quick, proficient and all the people I talked to were super nice. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Update 1/10/23 West Michigan Heating and Air Conditioning saved the day. Our 30 year old furnace finally died Saturday night. After a few cold nights we called around 7:15 Monday morning and they had a team at our house by 8 AM. They diagnosed the problem gave me a price and we decided rather than continue to let our furnace limp along we wanted to replace the whole unit. They came up with a fair price and the very next day were here at 8 AM installing. Through the moon happy with the service and hands down the best customer service in West Michigan.
During an annual inspection a problem was found with my A/C system. The technician Tyler was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. After the repair, a small problem developed. West Michigan Heating and Cooling was extremely responsive and took care of the problem immediately. Could not ask for more. Small er company that knows how to treat a customer, which in todays World where good service can be difficult to find, I found so refreshing. Highly recommend West Michigan Heating & Cooling. My air conditioner quit working. I posted a request for service on the web site about 8 PM. At 8 AM the next morning I had a call from the company. A courteous technician was at my house working on the AC shortly after 9AM and the worn out part was replaced before 10AM, all for a reasonable cost.
Hired this company to install a whole house humidifier. The customer service was amazing not just from the office but the technician too. They were on time and very professional. Not only took the time to answer questions and show you have everything works. Would highly recommend using them.
WM Heating & Air Conditioning treated me very well every step of the way. I received 4 quotes for my furnace, AC, and humidifier replacement. The other companies all tried to upsell me on units I didn't need and marked up their equipment/install much more than WM. WM was the best value and did a great job explaining to me how the process worked. They were hit by COVID pretty bad a few months ago, and they had a couple commercial jobs where they allocated a good portion of their workforce, so my install was a few weeks after I received my quote. This wasn't ideal, but they worked with me by sending out a technician a few times to make sure my furnace was still operating properly (it was on its last leg), and he even fixed my humidifier for the time-being, all for no charge! They just completed the install yesterday, and they sent a follow up email to me this morning to see if I had any other concerns and to remind me to schedule an inspection as that is custom in this business. Very kind people who treated me right for giving them my business. Definitely a great company to service your HVAC needs!

They are responsive, helpful, and effective. We emailed our situation and they contacted us the same morning to schedule an appointment that was convenient for us. Arrived at expected time, solved the problem, and provided a plan for the future. Jason was helpful scheduling the appointment and Tyler fixed the problem. Everyone was kind as well. Highly recommend them.

Bought a new house and needed A/C. Had no clue who to use as I was new to the area. They really took great care of me and went above and beyond helping me get a new system installed (it was a very tricky installation since I had an old home). I highly recommend them and will be using them here on forward for any A/C heating needs.
Scott and the others at West Michigan heating and cooling are honest, fair, and incredibly helpful. I’ve learned a lot about AC and furnaces from their team. They do good, respectable work. Currently they’re following through on a big job at a duplex I own and manage - 2 furnaces and a water heater - and they’re doing it all for just over $7k. That’s quality products too, Lennox furnaces and a Bradford gas water heater. From the managers to the installers, I’ve expanded my HVAC knowledge through this group. Thanks for your hard work, all!

At 4:45pm on a Wednesday night, I called because our air conditioner was not cooling the house. The unit was running outside but the unit inside was not. By 8:30am the next morning they were there! It was determined that the mother board had died. Sean had one available and immediately replaced our broken board. We were in Ludington and our daughter and family were staying at the house. He was very kind to our very chatty grandson while repairing the board! I can’t thank Sean and West Michigan Heat and Air for their service! It was prompt, efficient and professional service!
