We have used Kroll furnace and AC multiple times and at different houses. Their customer service is impeccable. They know their stuff and we really trust them to keep our systems running top notch.

Nice and friendly and knowledgeable. Recirculating pump for my hot water heater was $700. I was totally blown away by the cost of the part but totally not their fault. Would recommend them and call them if I need anything in the future.

Incredible response time and service in the midst of a Christmas Eve blizzard! Marty called me back within about 30 minutes after I originally called, called me back another 30 minutes later, and was at my house ten minutes later, all this while continuously getting text messages about others having issues. A great attitude, funny, and so helpful! He diagnosed and replaced my bad blower motor in less than an hour. What a great guy! This is my first time owning a home in 13 years (just bought house in June 2022), and Kroll Furnace in Hudsonville now has another lifelong customer! Special thanks to Marty AND his wife! To Marty for everything mentioned above, and to his wife for obviously being the kind of spouse who understands and supports Marty’s desire and need to help others, especially in dire times! Highly recommend Kroll! Had multiple quotes for AC installation and not only did they have competitive pricing but Mitch gave the best impression. Installation was very clean and they even fixed some things for me that weren't up to code and even took out my old humidifier that wasn't being used and patched that all up. Will definitely be going back for any HVAC needs.
Kroll did a great job installing a new furnace. Matt was excellent at explaining and walking me through the issues with my old furnace. Mitch had me set up with a new unit and installed the very next day! He also corrected my non-working humidifier, upgraded the air filter box and cleaned my ac unit! Thank you!
Phenomenal service! Was on a conference call today and noticed it was getting chilly in the house. Nest thermostats thought I was away so I turned them back on. Noticed quite some time later it wasn’t getting any warmer. Furnace wasn’t fully turning on. Wife called Kroll and Matt was in our driveway 20 minutes later! He within a few minutes diagnosed a faulty pressure switch, replaced it, and the furnace was operating again. Matt was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous. Will absolutely be calling on Kroll for future needs, including when it comes time to replace our HVAC system (which at 20 years old should be soon).

I am absolutely astounded by the level of service and care that I received from Kroll! I called because I had no heat and it was single digits outside. They said they'd send someone out right away. I didn't realize how quickly they'd arrive. By the time I had gotten geared up to blow the driveway for them, the technician was already at my door. After an hour or so of checking things over, he gave me the bad news. The furnace was dead. He explained very thoroughly the problem (bad heat exchanger) and my options. Due to the age of the furnace (18 years) and time and materials it would take to repair, I decided to just replace it. It could have taken weeks to get the part required and it would have cost more than it's worth to try and eek out a couple more years on an already tired furnace. They were able to pull some strings and get someone out to quote me within 30 minutes. After discussing it with my friend who is an HVAC technician, he said the quote was less than what he'd imagine and it was the correct course of action. Again, they said they would be able to shuffle some things around to be able to get it installed the next day, otherwise it could have gone into the next week, and it wasn't getting any warmer outside. Upon hearing that I had purchased several space heaters to try and stay warm, the salesman said to return them. He went back to the office and came back with 4 loaners, which were enough to keep our home toasty overnight. The installers were also very professional, kind and extremely thorough in explaining how the new furnace works, and what preventive maintenance I should do to keep it running it's best. You can tell they put in extra time and care and did a very neat job. This is one of those times where you don't have a lot of options or time to shop around, and I'm extremely happy I chose Kroll. Mitch came out as we were switching from LP to NG. I called three other company's that said I would need to replace water heater but not Kroll. They looked up the part, got it in and saved us at least $3500. They are honest! My nbr needed the same thing, I referred Mitch and now have a local plumber I will call from now on. Honesty and integrity are hard to come by. Thanks!!
Still awesome they were out for a winter tune up. Great company! They are awesome fast, friendly, clean and cleaned picked up prior to leaving. Competitive prices great service.
Our furnace wouldn't light on a Saturday morning, the on call tech came out and found our heat exchanger was rotted out! First thing Monday they came out and explained our options. We ended getting a new unit and they came out Wednesday morning and were done by noon so we got a new furnace in less then a week. Everyone was very friendly and the new install looks great!
Their tech came out at midnight last night to repair our AC unit. He was fantastic! Thanks so much!!

Had our boiler go out on the coldest day of the year and after some investigation i found it was a bad thermo coupler. Overall good service, i felt it was more about getting the job done and less about selling services. I figured out the issue, they agreed and the replacement part price was fair, the cost for emergency service was fair... i guess, and the labor was quick. This first experience was great. I will be a return customer for sure.
