We ended up being able to have someone come out sooner than originally scheduled. Keith was awesome! He answered all my questions was very informative and kind! I might have said a couple dumb things along the way and he was super nice about it LOL! It’s always a pleasure working with three of the best! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, Mister Sparky, and One Hour Heating and Cooling are the best in the business!

New HVAC system installed in one day. Professional and attention to detail. Minor issue after they left. Didn’t ask them to come back, but wanted to and took care of it.
Original call was for routine maintenance, our technician found a leak in the ac coils. We then had a quote done for replacement and a repair. We decided on the replacement of unit because of the warranty offered. The guys doing the install were great! Answered all questions and made sure it worked properly before leaving! Will be using these guys for routine maintenance!

It was a quick and easy fix and the cost was minimal. The technician, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The company gives lots of alerts so you don’t miss your appointment. I like that. Update 5/31/2023 A friend of mine put in a new thermostat and didn’t hook the A/C wires correctly. I called one hour heating and air and they got me in quickly, especially since it’s hot outside. Joe fixed the problem and then went around to make sure there were no other problems, he even hosed off my outside unit. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and polite. This is the second time I’ve called one hour heating and air and they will always be my go-to people because they are consistently good! Thank you Joe!!!
Cody was great! He was here exactly when he said he would be. He was informative, kind, quick and efficient. He explained to me everything I would be charged for before he began, and got our AC back working quickly!
This is my second time using Benjamin Franklin and they were both great experiences. John was exceptionally helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue and double checked everything. He was pleasant and caring. My experience with Benjamin Franklin and John insured that I will be a return customer for all my home needs!
Devon was the service technician and he was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and as a bonus was personable. Altogether a very positive experience.
Joe did an excellent job. He flushed the pipes so there wouldn’t be any back up. He also cleaned gunk out of the furnace trap. (I think that’s the correct terminology.) None of the other technicians have been as thorough. He is an asset to your company.
Joe is wonderful! He called to let me know he would be able to come earlier than the scheduled timeframe and then arrived right when he said he would. He shared his knowledge and explained everything he was doing. He also made the extra effort to clean around both the inside and outside unit. Joe’s expertise is evident, and his friendly disposition is an added bonus!
Came out right away. Took care of the issue we were having. Very happy with who they sent to work on it.
