They came out after hours for an A/C malfunction without any pleading on our part. The response was excellent and the problem was resolved.
The owner of the company himself got involved with the repairs to our air conditioning system. He not only cut through the red tape involved, but gave excellent service in obtaining parts needed. We have even received advice free of charge. When our power was out for six days last Winter, a pair of technicians got the furnace going with minimal fuss and cost. The company is a Lennox premier dealer for a good reason.

Spring start up. Have not serviced in years and found a bad components and animal nest. Tech. did a good job of fixing and explaining.
Accu -temp is a great trustworthy company. I only regret not using our $25.00 coupon that was sent to us in the mail. My husband and I both forgot about it. Lol!! I always recommend Accu-Temp!!!

I highly recommend accutemp for your heating and cooling problems. They installed a new AC for me, and did maintenance on my furnace.They are very professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They have exceeded my expectations! Bob, the owner, came over, and explained everything in detail. When the technicians arrived, Tim and Andy, they were very prompt, competent, and very courteous. Don't hesitate to call accutemp for your heating and cooling issues, they are truly the best!
The place is spotlessly clean. Everyone is super nice and helpful. Even tho I was fixing my furnace myself, Bob took (lots of) time to help me figure out what was wrong with my furnace and found a part that i needed but couldn’t find any where else. I am definitely recommending these great folks. Next time i have an AC or furnace problem I’m going right to Accutemp.
Great job repairing my furnace BUT I looked up the price to purchase the motherboard ("integrated furnace control") for my Lennox furnace ($278.91) and it was $600 LESS than what I was charged on my bill. Now, I understand some mark up..... but $600???
I give Ray (service repairman) from Accu-Temp a Five-Star rating. He resolved our Carrier heating issue in a timely manner, and he provided me with valuable advice on each and every step of the service repair. As always, the Accu-Temp service (setting up appointment, repair fix, and customer service) is the best in Livingston county. If you are need of a air conditioning or heating service, Accu-Temp is who our family trusts.

I have nothing but good things to say about Accu-Temp! Their support is professional and responsive. We woke up to a broken furnace and in no time, Ray arrived and was able to diagnose the issue, go pick up the part we needed and promptly return to get it installed before the snow storm hit. Every experience I've had with this company has been top notch and I know I can count on them for any of my HVAC needs!
