The A/C went out overnight on Thursday (when the temp was over 90). I called Grand Blanc Mechanical on Friday afternoon (the Friday on the 4th of July weekend) and Steve, not only returned my call, he came out to the house and had the issue fixed in about an hour. Steve knows his stuff. I highly recommend Steve and Grand Blanc Mechanical.
I left Steve a voice mail before working hours and he called me back right when they opened. My furnace went out on one of the coldest days we've had this winter but Steve was able to fit me in and fix the issue by 2:00 the same day. He definitely knows his trade and I would recommend Grand Blanc Mechanical to anyone.
Woke up to our furnace in the morning, called a couple places to be told it would be a day or 2 before someone could get out on top of being charged quite high fees just to come look at it. Gave Grand Blanc Mechanical a call and they (Steven) was out within the hour. Found the issue and gave me all the options to go forward. Was up front, honest and walked me through exactly what was going on. Would not hesitate for a second to call him again and will be number one on my list from here on out. It's hard to find people with a business model like yours! Thank You!

Very knowledgeable. He showed up to fix the AC unit the very next day. Also showed me some preventative maintenance, along with charging a very reasonable amount. Was glad I called him first!
To anyone needing hvac repair or service... Grand Blanc Mechanical is highly recommended. The owner, Steve, promply returned my initial call about a furnace problem and was able to make a service call the same day. He works very hard and is attentive to all details (uses quality components, keeps a clean work area, is respectful, etc.)
Called today and he said he could fit me in Monday. Got a call back within ten minutes saying her could be here within the hour to look at my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. Ultimately he determined it was my board, he called a place I could pick it up from to put on myself and sure enough after replacing it my furnace started working again. He’s a great guy and I look forward to using his business again.
Owner personally returned my call within 10 minutes and was at my house in the next 20m. Never had repairmen come that quick! Won’t hesitate to use this company again.
I woke up with no heat. Found Grand Blanc mechanical online and read all the positive reviews. Steve is awesome! Within 2 hrs of me calling, I had heat. Great guy! Definitely recommend. By the way... I'm still waiting for a call back from a local company I called 4 hours ago.

Steve was out to my house within an hour or two, diagnosed and fixed at a very reasonable price. Explained to me exactly what he was doing and why it needed to be done. No up selling, no games, just got the job done. From call to fix the process was less than 6 hours. I highly recommend.
Once again, Steve came to my rescue in less than 24 hours and my AC is up and running before a long weekend of 90 degree heat. Steve was referred to us by someone in our neighborhood. He and his company have an excellent reputation and we couldn’t be more happy with our new furnace. I have a issue with my furnace/humidifier. Steve came out about 45 min after I called and got it all fixed up and running again. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommended!
