Cameron was on-time, courteous, professional, and efficient. Performed maintenance on my furnace and advised me on how to avoid some future problems. Was in and out in under and hour for a very reasonable fee. Also, a next day appointment is getting harder and harder to find among contractors these days. Kudos. They earned their name in my book.

Dependable Heating & Cooling did a great job on a tune up for my furnace. Very friendly and professional. Answered all of my questions I had and explained everything.
Dependable is fantastic - initially they came out (next day after I called) to look at our furnace which had been tripping a limit switch and very quickly determined the issue to be terminal and that replacement would be a much better decision (bad secondary heat exchanger would have an incredibly expensive replacement - and on a 20 year old furnace, it made no sense). They had a very easily laid out set of options, showing the differences between the levels (which I as an engineer really like in order to make what I considered the best decision for our house) and the prices associated - and were able to come back by the end of the week to install all the new equipment (including an AC unit, as ours was also 20 years old; and the hot water heater as that had started to leak the day before I called them) and our house was back to being nice and warm! Incredibly professional and very honest with pricing that is extremely fair - I highly recommend them.
Cameron came and cleaned our burners which were full of dirt and interfering with the furnace operating and staying on properly. Nice work!

We have been using Stacy and his guys for years and have always been very satisfied with his HVAC services.
Had and issue with the heater blower not working. Messaged them and they called shortly after they opened and out to do the repair within 2hrs of calling. Cameron was super nice and worked to have the issue fixed much faster than expected. Many options to fix the issue from their "band-aid" which fixes the direct issue with other options to clean and check the whole system and look for potential issues that may be coming down the road and follow up visits. Array of options to get you up and running and for them to look out for you in the future. Very up front about everything and very trustworthy family company! Will be our go to for any HVAC issues and for our replacement when our very aged system needs to be replaced. Thanks for the help and the quick response/fix!
Great people to do business with. When I called they came out in a couple of hours and was able to put in a new heat exchanger and even cleaned up work that other company’s had not done properly. Thank you for knowing your business and doing your job so well. They are the only heating and cooling people I will use. Thank you for being so Dependable!
