A/C went this morning and I have a 3 month old in the house. I took the morning off work to make calls to get it looked at, Neil was one of only two places that would work with me to get it done before weeks end. Great responsiveness and will be my first call for future work
Best HVAC company in Genesee county. I first used Castle when we bought our home in 2022 and they serviced the furnace and the hot water heater. They perform top notch work and make sure you get the right equipment. Fast forward a year later and I had them install a new ac unit. They made sure I got the right equipment for our home, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they were done. It took multiple days to get everything done due to our home being from the 50's. I use them for everything involving HVAC and I will continue to use them every year. I'm in construction and these guys do top quality work.

Neil installed our furnace a few years ago when our old furnace started acting up. Great attitude, fair prices and quality work. I highly recommend.

Castle was great! They fixed my geothermal air conditioning the first time and the price was fair. Super nice to work with as well.
After having the well known, local AC and Heating Company who installed our Trane HVAC system 14 years ago, tell us our system was near the end of its life, and recommended we buy a new AC unit (about $6k) or a whole new HVAC system (about $12k), we decided to get a second opinion from Castle Heating and Cooling. The owner, Neil Castle immediately diagnosed our problem, found the leak the other company could not, and ordered us a new AC coil that had us back in service within days. He cleaned and serviced the old fan/unit, installed the new coil and had us cooling the house. Once running, he was able to determine a valve was not working properly and quoted us a price without a second service charge. In conclusion, our unit was expertly repaired at a half the cost of a new AC unit. We would highly recommend Neil Castle’s company to anyone needing any heating and cooling service.

Excellent service. They called me back the same day. Our electric boiler broke, and they quickly and immediately addressed the situation and gave us a way to temporarily use hot water until the parts arrived the next day. The service was 1st class and very professional. Thank you for helping us when 3 other companies wouldn't even call us back. A+ service!
They are extremely thorough. He stopped by between jobs to take a look at my furnace. Said he would be back the following morning. They came in did the repair. Very fair on cost. Would definitely recommend.
What can I say but WOW. I called Neal at 1:30pm on a Friday for an urgent service matter regarding two boilers not working in a duplex with temperatures of freezing starting to read inside and outside temperatures hitting the low teens. He swooped in that same night after running multiple other service calls he had scheduled and showed up at 9:40pm after working ALL day and got both working in 20 minutes. Complete class act, professional, courteous, genuine person. He has 5 stars for a reason. Thank you so much! Castle all the way
Neil and his partner did awesome, called because our heater would not turn on, they figured it out immediately and didn’t over charge me at all! Very honest and professional. Will definitely be using again.

Wonderful company! Let them know what we wanted to achieve and in a few days we had options that would work for us. It's been a couple of months now, and as a mom of three girls, I am very happy to be able to take a hot shower after all of the kids. Timely, professional, and knows his trade. Great job and I would highly recommend!
We will never use a different company ! Castle heating and cooling is hands down the best, most affordable, professional, company we’ve ever worked with. Mr. Castle has serviced our home for 2 years now. We are so happy we found them! He has repaired our furnace until it needed to be completely replaced, fixed our A/C unit twice due to mouse issues, and added return vents. He always comes within a day or two, responds the same day almost every time, and handles my countless questions with a smile. Leaves no trace behind. Cannot recommend this company enough.
I called today to have my ac serviced they came out within a couple hours and took them a few minutes to figure out what was wrong and they fixed it, now its running great !! Would recommend to anyone. They will be my first call every time.
