Officially my first negative review of my life. Called twice with an emergency and was told a tech would call me within 15 to 30 minutes. Hour and a half later, no call/email/text to even give the decency of a status. Don't waste your time trying to count on this company. High promises, zero results. Called Matheson, tech called me within ten minutes. I literally told rightemp I thought my house was going to catch on fire. They asked for my name, email, address, how I heard about them... two seperate calls. Friendly on the phone but, kind of a big deal when I deeply express the urgency of my issue and all I get in return is a no call no show. I honestly feel disrespected by this company, I urge you to look elsewhere.
Mike, Alex and the rest of the Rightemp team provided us with outstanding service. They replaced our 20 year old furnace and A/C unit both of which are on the upper levels of our home. They were knowledgeable, informative and offered us two different solutions to the issue we were having and offered competitive pricing. They covered the flooring and carpet where needed so as not to dirty the floors and when done they cleaned up after themselves. When you make the decision to call & hire Rightemp you can expect excellence from everyone that you deal with there. They will always be who we call to work on our home.
I do not recommend this company on June 29th this company came out with a representative to fix or AC to put coolant in we did not know that we needed a $180 to give him we told him we did not have a $180 at the time We asked if they could come back out on Friday he said he would tell them or put a work order in and have someone out here on Friday July 1st I called the company they even told me that they would be out here on Friday between 9am and 3pm no 1 came no one called me and my wife have been suffering in this I feel we should not have to pay the $180 just because they didn't even live up to their word
Mike and his team are very professional and were a pleasure to work with! Our 30 year old AC unit was unable to be repaired, so we needed a brand new unit to be installed asap. Rightemp completed the job within a matter of days! They installed a new humidifier on our furnace while they were here, too, saving us the hassle of having to do it later. We are very happy with the work they did for us and recommend them highly.
DO NOT USE this company. They charged my grandmother $350 for a $20 capacitor. And another $120 to plug a few wires onto it. $460 to repair the unit. Completely ripped off this company should be ashamed. I'm a local HVAC technician, this is a $200 job.

Had Alex from Rightemp out today to troubleshoot and fix my AC. Turned out to be low on refrigerant. He was super friendly, called when he was 15 min away and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. Would definitely call again.
Alex came out to look at our furnace and found our problem almost immediately! he and his team were very professional, and very respectful. I would certainly use them again! Our house is finally warm again!
We had a great experience with Alex and Mike at Rightemp. Our furnace went out the night before Christmas Eve, and Alex worked with me to keep the system limping along until they could get a replacement part at the first available time, and had the furnace up and running that day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Rightemp for your HVAC needs.
Everything is in perfect condition. The minute that they changed everything and installed everything, we were extremely happy with the results and still are satisfied to this day.

I have been a long-time customer of Rightemp. Recently I experienced a problem with my furnace not starting. I called Rightemp Sunday morning and was able to talk to a friendly representative who routed my information to Mike. Within a few minutes, Mike called me back, listened to my explanation of the problem, and then offered to guide me through fixing the problem on my own. Turns out the furnace flame sensor needed to be cleaned. I had never opened up our furnace before, but Mike patiently guided me through the process over FaceTime. After 20 minutes, I turned the thermostat back on, and voilà! Not only was Mike able to help me quickly fix the problem, but he saved me a service visit (and taught me something new in the process!). This was yet another great experience working with Rightemp and, most importantly, they were there when I needed them most. Friendly, dependable customer service like this is why I keep coming back. Thank you Rightemp!
Had a great experience with Ritetemp. Their prices were very competitive and their service was exceptional. Had to change the date a couple times and they were very understanding. The gentleman who were doing the install for clean, professional, and took the time to explain how to use of the system and maintain it.
My furnace was not working and Alex, the technician, came to my home within 24 hours of my contact with Mike, the owner of Rightemp. Alex found the problem quickly and the furnace has been working fine. They have always been responsive whenever I have needed service.
Ever since the perfect installation of our new furnace and air conditioning, Rightemp has been the best you could expect. Awesome customer service and pride in their work & company. I used Right-Temp services at least 3 times over last few years. Mike and the team by far my favorite crew to call now. Alex came out all 3 times and did an excellent job fixing my AC and Furnace as well as its maintenance. They are knoweledgeble, professional and have competible prices.
