I cannot emphasize how professional Melad is. He earned lifelong customers in a single service call. One of the hottest, humid days of the year and he made sure our AC was working at 10:00 pm. If you want fair and honest work this is who you need to call.

Melad from Precise Temperature Control was very helpful from the start. I was in the middle of seeking my house so he was able to schedule me an appointment on the same day I called. Melad arrived on time and was able to trouble shoot my A/C in minutes. He provided me with multiple options to make the fix and accommodated all my needs. Precise Temperature Control was responsive to my request for service on my furnace. An appointment was able to be made the same week as my request. The technician communicated with me about arrival time and was very professional when they arrived to my house on time. He was able to troubleshoot my furnace issue and fix the problem. It’s been almost 24 hours since the repair and we are no longer having any issues. I would highly recommend their company.

Melad is nothing short of Greatness! I took a risk reaching out to him through the Nextdoor app without seeing his reputation or anything on Google. When I reached out he diagnosed my issue vet the phone and was very knowledgeable about HVAC services. He came out to my home twice and repaired the piping in my water heater, did routine maintenance on my AC unit and installed a water detector as well. I would give him 10 stars if it was available. What I enjoy is that he provides options along with knowledge around each option. I’m trying to find work for him just because he’s great.
