They came out and installed 2 faucets for us, one in the kitchen and the other in the bathroom. The service tech was very professional and did great work.
I had a leaking bathroom sink. It was coming from the faucet and the pipes leading to the faucet. All fixed and I have a new drain pipe. (Old one wouldn't seal. 🤷🏽♀️) I also used the coupon in the value pak. 😁

Walter is WONDERFUL. What a lifesaver. He was friendly, personable, and professional and fixed my sewage blockage on the 4th of July. Highly, highly recommend him.

Very good experience. Got an estimate on Friday and they did the installation in about 3 hours the next day. The new equipment and sheet metal look very good and they cleaned everything up before they left.
Had best experience with Shawn and his apprentice from Hoover electric, they were amazing. Explained everything to the tee. They were clean and got the job done in just a couple hours!

Had a waste sewer back up in basement. Garon diagnosed that the city sewer main was clogged and backed up. He was right! Very knowledgeable and great guy.
Randall was polite and answered everyone of my questions. His assistant was very nice and seemed to help Randall with the entire scope of the job. Very happy with them both! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!
Garon was able to come out to my house very quickly, was extremely professional and informative of what needs to be done. Made my wife feel very comfortable and took time to explain everything to her, could not be more happy with service we received from him.

I had a toilet in the Master bedroom bath that flushed slow over time. Hoover (Mike) can and first augered the toilet. He broke something loose but he still was not satisfied with the flush. Removed the toilet and tested the drain which was also connected to shower and sink. Final determination that the toilet was the problem. Calcium build up and deglazed porcelain took time and toilet needed to be replaced. While on site, Mike also repair an outside faucet that was inoperable for years. I would highly recommending Hoover for any plumbing, electrical, or heating (boiler) needs. They have been my partner in service of these ulititirs over the last 2 years. Mike Briggs was my plumber and was straight forward and very professional in all aspects of his service.
He did a fantastic job! Everything works perfectly. I'll be a lifetime customer of HEPHC from now on!
