Adam was knowledgeable, and courteous, diagnosed the problem quickly, my AC unit was up , and running like a champ in no time…. On this 99% humidity day 👍🏻🌞😎
This is our second time our A/C unit stopped working (both in July heat) Each times Finzel’s was quick to respond and schedule a tech out same day. Tech’s were professional and had our A/C unit up and working within an hour. Our capacitor went out and they had all the tools/parts needed to fix the problem. Will continue to call them for our heating/cooling needs.
Good afternoon Finzel’s Heating and Cooling, The Techician Nel’s came and did a fabulous job of cleaning my Water Tank and Maintance of my AC unit. I’m very please with his patience’s and him allowing me ask any questions. concerns I may have or going on in the near future. He was very professional in his approach of the job, I’m very satisfied with the job performed, They come highly recommended.
Nels, Finzel’s Tech. was very nice & professional. He explained what needed to be done and was able to complete the job within the hour. I would recommend Nels at Finzel’s for all AC needs.

First class operation from top to bottom. Very informative, worked with my schedule, the technician explained everything he did, and had it done in 30 minutes. I have used Finzel's Heating and Cooling for years. Every time I call, they are surprisingly quick to respond and every crew member I have met has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the repair. I trust them with my house, my daughter's house and my mother's house. They deserve all 5 stars!
