AC would not work due to issues with a DTE program I was on. Ryan came out today and diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to getting the unit up and running in minutes. Ryan was extremely professional and we couldn’t be happier with his service. A shout out to Great Dane for their quick response and for hiring Veterans!
Richard Beckley is an A1 technician. He explained his work and recommended things I should have. I would give him 10 - 20 stars for his work. He was very thorough and courteous on my work assignment. A very polite person. Whenever I need a Heating or Cooling tech, I would recommend Richard Beckley.
Very impressed. Mason explained everything to me and took the time to answer all my questions. He was friendly and professional and didn’t not try to push me into getting something I didn’t want. My dog liked him, too! I will definitely use this company again!
My techs name was Mihali. He was excellent! Works with the Great Dane Heating and Cooling Company I recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioning from. I had a sound issue coming through my furnace as the air conditioning is in motion right now. Mihai dug into the matter and was diligent in finding the source. Found the problem and all is quiet now and I'm happy he found a solution and fixed it. Great tech and great service.
Jeff from Great Dane did a great job on the service call and did awesome explaining everything that needed to happen with the repairs to get our old A/C unit working again.
Great Dane came out and gave me their honest opinion about which unit to go with, rather than try and sell me the top of the line unit. Price was comparable to other companies. Purchasing and financing was an easy process that took less than 10 minutes. Installation was excellent. Jacob and his partner arrived on schedule and got to work right away. After installation he walked through the areas with me, which were clean of debris and all hoses and electrical were installed aesthetically pleasing, and answered any questions I had.
Jacob and the rest of the crew did a great job. Very friendly and helped me learn the new thermostat.
We've been using Great Dane for about 10 years. They have always been great to work with. A+ all the way. I would definitely recommend them!
Great Dane Heating and Cooling techs are always so courteous and professional. My most recent experience with them (Drew and Carlos) was a repair on my hvac which had been improperly leveled by the original installers (Randazzo - who I do not recommend). They were efficient and I will go with them whenever I need any other kind of repair or maintenance.
Typically, I really dislike 'time frame's' BUT the 8-11 am time frame was accurate, plus the tech called to give me a 20 minute "heads up" of his arrival! He fixed my air conditioner, was pleasant with my children, and was very curdious to my husband and I during the whole time he was here! Great job!
Ian did a phenomenal job installing our furnace and AC. I was out of town for the install so I had my father, who’s quite handy, oversee the install and he had this to say, “You could tell Ian has done this hundreds of times. Ian proceeded in an orderly fashion, and was a master of his tools.I learn something new every time I watch professionals. You can just tell when someone knows what they’re doing. Ian knew what he was doing.”
Eric did an outstanding job even though he was getting rained on per my unit is outside. I had a tech come over 2 days prior and fixed it to just have it break 2 days later. Enter Eric I told him about that and he moved a ballister with a bad connection and checked everything. Thank goodness for appliance service plan.

Called at 8 am on Sunday and it was fixed by 10 am. Great deal if you sign up for their AC and furnace check which is two visits per year. Luke was really fast at showing up on a Sunday and had the part so he fixed it quickly!!
The technician was professional, friendly and informative. He was the best and Great Dane is number 1 company in my book.
