Air went out over memorial day weekend heat wave. I called for an estimate 1st thing tuesday morning, Randy came out that day and gave me a great estimate. Wednesday morning Randy and Dylan were there at my house at 9am and had the job done by 12:30. This is the 4th installment job i've had done by Genesee and everyone of them went smoothly. Very reliable company. Thanx.
The lady working the counter was great. They had the part I needed and every thing went smoothly and perfect, I highly recommend them and if I need any more help they are #1 on my list, thanks again for your great help and service!!! Also needed a service technician to come fix my furnace. Steve was extremely professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me that was wrong and the corrective measures that needed to take place. He is one great guy. I will be recommending their services to everyone based on the amazing job that he did. Thanks steve👍 were all warm again!!!
Biggest Fraud in Commercial Heating & Cooling. Never hire for any services. Unprofessional behavior and never trust on them. Randy told us to leaking in the walk-in cooler and it will cost us 5000$ + Labor. When i have contacted Johnson & Wood company.They charged us only 150$.
Warning to all senior citizens!!! They charge 35.00 just to drive to your home. 500.00 to try and get it going. Then they put in wrong part. Now I'm without heat again for another 4 days. Now they say another 182.00. I have to borrow some money to have heat. They offered to remove everything and just refund me . oh how nice. I would never send them to anyone!!!
if i could give a minus i would i had them out last year to replace a main board the Tech left and i paid in full then they sent me an invoice to pay for something they never did. i would never recommend this company. and now they wont warranty their work
We have been using Genesee Refrigeration for the last ten years. They work on all of our restaurant HVAC and refrigeration equipment as well as my home.Very pleased with work and customer service.
We've been using Genesee Refrigeration for 10yrs. They are very prompt with their service calls, especially in emergency situations. They do excellent work and are very knowledgeable. All the guys they send are always professional -to name one, Jay is personable and takes pride in his work. Whenever we have had to call them, the repairs they complete last. We have multiple refrigeration units so, it's great to have a team that cares and responds quickly, especially when our food is at stake! We will continue to call them for all our refrigeration needs. Highly recommend them!!
