My furnace recently went out Julie that works there was extremely helpfull.I couldnt afford to have a new one installed.fortunately i went to school for hvacr and new how to install one myself.Alot of places wont deal with if your not licensed which im not she was nice enough to help me find what we needed and ordered us a new furnace.great place highly recommend them.

Probably the most knowledgeable technician I have ever encountered. Explained everything so my mom could understand. Hey even accidentally over paid 200 dollars and they sent a check back. So they are you know they are honest. highly recommend to everyone. They have awesome maintenance plans. Just a great business altogether.

Highly satisfied and recommend HSC for heating repairs and maintenance. Julie starts your call on a very friendly note and is so sweet ! Jake was very polite, kind and knowledgeable and explained exactly what he would do. Jay was the first tech that came out and he was also very polite and knowledgeable. I am glad I called HSC and will continue to call them when needed.
I called Home Service Center and was pleasantly greeted by "Julie" on the phone. She directed me to the owner, "Matt." I explained that I needed to replace a water heater and a toilet. While I already had obtained a toilet from Kohler, I needed to get a new water heater. I advised Matt as to what I wanted which was a 75 gallon fast recovery heater. This is quite large and unusual for most homes. I was advised that he would get a price from his supplier and get back to me with a quote. Within a few days I received a complete quote by email. A service date & time was arranged. As promised, "Jake" & "Cody" arrived at the appointed time and proceeded to complete the job. Obviously, Jake was the lead in terms of age, experience and knowledge and Cody was very competent and most eager to learn more about his craft. They got the old units out and the new ones in with minimal disruption to our day. We have had any number of trades people in our home but none any more pleasant, considerate, courteous and efficient than these 2 men. And they were fastidious about cleaning up after they finished. I felt they really treated our home as if it were their own. We would not hesitate to recommend Home Service Center to anyone who needs a mechanical (plumbing, heating & a/c) contractor in their home.

My AC went out after a power outage. I called and we tried to fix over the phone first as wasn't aware of trying to restart the breaker after a power outage. When that didnt work they were able to come out let me know what the problem was and fix it quickly. They were very professional and will use them in the future for my heating and cooling needs.
Julie is the best when I call for service. She is always sweet and polite, and always willing to do the best for us customers! She’s a true professional! Matt, Jay, & Jake are all the best too! Always on time, very knowledgeable, and ready to help in every way. I’ve been with them since their beginning, I carry the Gold Contract for my furnace and air conditioning , and have my water heater, and humidifier under contract as well. I had a leak coming from a toilet and being disabled, I am unable to do any of that type of work anymore. I called Home Service Center and spoke to Julie. I told her my problem, she told me that they would have a technician call me within the next twenty minutes. I no more put the phone down and started telling my wife what was going on when my phone rang. It was Jake, from Home Service Center telling me he would be at my house in 15 minutes. To make a long story short, thinking it was the wax ring, he replaced it only to find it still leaking. He found that it was leaking from a bolt that holds the tank on the seat. He replaced what he needed to replace, cleaned up the bathroom, and came out to tell us what he had done. I'll tell you what Jake did. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We are happy to have our leak fixed and we also are happy to have met Jake. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Thank you Jake and Home Service Center.
