I can’t say enough about Jeff and his team. After my basement flooded and realized it destroyed my furnace and hot water heater Jeff came the next day and gave me a great deal on both. He and his team were quick , professional, friendly and very helpful. I had heat and hot water within 5 hour. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AWSOME COMPANY.

I cannot begin to say how happy I am with the service from Jeff and Optimal Heating and Cooling. He did an incredible job and was extremely professional while also being incredibly personable and fun to joke around with. Even when I could tell he was getting frustrated (it happens to all of us), he was still exceptionally professional and took it in stride. He explained everything superbly. He ran into some trouble with the way my walls are built and he took the time to explain the issue and then resolve said issue. The install is gorgeously done and for the first time in 3 years, I have reliable heat AND A/C. My roommate who has MS now has a way to better regulate the temperature in her room to her needs. I am beyond pleased and cannot recommend OH&C enough. EDIT ADD: He has a 2 year labor warranty! WHO DOES THAT?!
We are a small business with a rooftop furnace. Jeff was able to fix it no problem in a quick and efficient manner. 10/10 will ask to fix again.
Have used them twice for furnace repair and both times they were quick getting the job done and reasonably priced. Will be calling them before spring to get AC estimate.

We hired Jeff and his team to do some work on our ac. He was faster, cheaper and more responsive than all local companies we called. He was honest with us about the job and walked us through each step. Optimal will be our go-to from now on for heating and cooling! Highly recommend.
When your air conditioner goes out on a 90 degree day, and your wife is menopausal with hot flashes, it becomes an emergency to get it repaired. Jeff from Optimal came out on a Sunday for us and was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and fair. We will only be using Optimal in the future.
