I had a tankless water heater installed in November. AJ was quick at responding on getting me a good price and getting the water heater installed. In March my new water heater had issues. Multiple times they came out and worked on it. Eventually, they had to replace the unit with a new one. It was a pleasure working with them. They understood the importance of getting it resolved and did all they could to get the issue resolved for me. My family appreciates everything they did for us. I would highly recommend them.
Yeah, well let's just put it this way. If your looking for a reputable company, IMHO it's not Zuver's. Zuver's has to be the worst Heating company I have ever had my displeasure of dealing with. Eleven months after our new boiler furnace was installed by Zuvers, our furnace quit working. Called up Zuver's on a Saturday afternoon and never received a return call back by the following Monday afternoon. Called another heating company out, and they informed me that the ignitor quit working and that Zuver's did not install the furnace as recommended by the manufacturer and that it would severely reduce the lifespan of the furnace. All in all, I have made 4 - 5 calls about this and have yet to receive a call back. I ended up having to pay the second company $1000 to fix Zuver's screwups. As of writing this, I have called Zuver's again to see if we could work something out but have yet to hear anything. So I'm not holding my breath. If and when he does call me back and we can work something out, I will edit and note my review with the agreement we came to. With all these 5 star reviews I thought Zuver's would be safe. I'm now doubting the authenticity of these reviews. Update: I was finally able to get Zuvers to call me back. After explaining the situation to him, he paid for the other company that came out and corrected the installation of the boiler. I left the original review so people could understand what happened.
AJ is my only go to person with any heating or cooling needs. My in laws were without heat and as soon as I contacted AJ , he contacted them and within hours they were warm. He shows up and his rates probably can't be beat. He is honest and professional and really knows how to do his job, with no run around. I really encourage you to call him with any of your heating or cooling needs. You will not be disappointed or frustrated. Just pleasantly surprised with his work and his word. Not a lot of companies can say that. I'm sure AJ and his company will be your only go to as well.
My furnace died on the coldest day of the winter and I called Zuvers to come look at it. AJ showed up and informed me that the furnace was dead and gave me a very fair estimate on a replacement. He sent a full crew over right away and installed my furnace in no time at all. He also provided a variety of options for paying. I will definitely use this company for any service work in the future.
Our furnace went out - called and they arrived within an hour on a Saturday! Our system was old and needed replacement - they were back on Monday and completely replaced our furnace and A.C. at a fair price. Completely satisfied all around!
We hired this company to do a heating and air conditioning unit and a new boiler so he took the deposit of $4,200 never finished the boiler system never gave us our money back and never showed up again. I would never use this company for any reason ever don't give him your money he may not ever show up..
Called around because my furnace was not running in auto mode. Called zuvers and explaines the situation. Instead of charging me to come out he suggested it could be my thermostat. Lo and behold saved me hundreds over something so simple. I will use this service if anything major happens because of their honesty and reaonable prices on home visits compared to most in the area.
They arrived right on time, serviced my heater, answered all of my questions, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!
AJ was on time to check out my furnace. He was very professional and kind in explaining what the issue was. I will use his company in the future.

My mom's furnace went out, And she called AJ and he was there and done it within 2 days and she is now got heat. They were fast and very polite and would recommend them to anyone. Needless to say she has a boiler and that's what she wanted to keep was steam heat. Big shout out to you AJ thank you.

We called Zuvers for a loud humming coming from our HVAC and an issue with our water heater not staying kicked on. They came out promptly within a few days and were reasonably priced for the house call. There was an issue after the initial house call with communication but they had later told me they had to take time off for a family concern. And that was totally fine, I understand things happen. However, moving forward l was disappointed because there was no filter in my hvac and there seemed to be no urgency getting the correct one put back in. It’s the middle of winter and my furnace runs all day and night. They ordered filters and it took over 2 weeks to get to them. I finally decided to just go get a filter at lowes and he gave me a size that didn’t fit my unit. He said it was fine but a simple Google search shows it shouldn’t be sticking out of the system. I understand how he explained its eaiser to remove the filter when it sticks out but I felt like that it was poor advice. As it relates to the water heater, they came out with the part, and the guy had ordered the wrong part so it couldn’t be installed. After that visit there was 0 follow up from the company to schedule to come back out. When I reached out it went from a part replacement to “you just need a whole new water heater”. And I would understand that if they put the part in and the heater didn’t work but they didn’t even attempt to install the part he originally ordered. That was frustrating. I just decided to go elsewhere. Another company came out within a week or so and replaced the part and my water heater is running great. If you want something done without a hassle I recommend a different company.
I would not recommend Zuvers. AJ said all of the right things before the sale, then half of what we discussed on my furnace and complete AC replacement didn’t happen. 2 stars only because they did come back and fix a couple of the issues that should have been done on the first go around. Now the inducer motor has a severe vibration. So I called left a voicemail, no response. Called again, talked to AJ personally and he told me he would schedule a day to come look at it. Again, never heard back. The 10 year labor warranty he offers sounds great, unless they don’t honor it. Use someone else.
Quick to answer and quick to fix. Honest business that didn't try to take us for a ride either. Will definitely use in the future if we run into any HVAC needs!
When I called AJ last May and told him I needed a new AC unit installed, he said he would be 2 weeks out. I told him about my wife's medical condition and he came right out the very next morning and installed a brand new furnace and central air. We had one small problem a couple days later and he came right back and within 5 minutes had everything working perfectly. The Zuvers crew were very nice and knew what they were doing. The unit has been running for 6 months now with absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend Zuvers to anyone needing a new unit or needing any repairs.

AJ is reliable, professional and knowledgeable. They came out quickly during a heat wave when our AC didn't work & they installed a new Furnace/AC unit for us in our home and it has ran perfectly. We highly recommend Zuvers.
