They were prompt and very mindful of budget. I had originally called for a replacement and they were the only company to call me back with an estimate. And not only an estimate but options. They were easy to work with, returned my calls within a business day and were very mindful of what I needed as well as what was the best option for my situation. I will use them again in the future.
Best service and great price
Company spent 20min Total at house that's including writing proposal for new unit. Stated mine had leak and couldn't be fixed. Another company came looked at unitput some refregiant in it. Unit was just low. No leaks. It's bad that a local company doesn't want to help people. Just sell new and not take care of customer. I suggest you get a second opinion before using this company.very disappointed.

I would absolutely recommend! They were incredible and I will continue to use them. They put up with one talkative kid and an aggressive dog that would not quit barking with professionalism and a friendly attitude, thank you so much! They were tidy and efficient in the small space and I was even given a free recommendation on venting for my water heater, which is very much appreciated! Arrived on time for the estimate and installation. The two installers were polite, professional and cleaned up well. I would recommend Service First.

Do not call Paul, worst Hvac experience Ive ever had. Memorial day weekend I turned my air on for the first time and it wouldnt work. Service first was the only place available so I called them and Paul scheduled me for sunday at 1. He came out looked it over and said there is nothing he can do the compressor is bad and it will cost me 1800 to repair. But he recomends I replace the entire system for 3750. My system is carrier and he has no parts for carrier. Anyway come tuesday when all the hvac contractors open I have another contractor come to give me a second opinion. Within 5 minutes they found a bad shrader valve. Replace it and charge my system and now my air is working fine for a 200 dollar repair. This guy was trying to rip me off 1800 minimum and thats after I payed him 140 for him saying its bad. Worst tech I have ever seen in my life what a joke. DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS PLACE THEY WILL OVERCHARGE FOR UNEEDED WORK!!!!!
Our AC went out on Memorial Day. We called them just to leave a message for the morning. Much to our surprise they returned our call within 5min on a holiday! They were able to get us an estimate the very next day, and temporally fixed our old unit until they could get a new one in, at not cost. I would recommend them.
When our ancient furnace went out in the middle of winter Service First responded quickly, came out and gave us a quote for a new furnace and while we were at it a new air conditioner too. Pleasant, friendly and a good quote, but they said it would be a week. We left a message that we would check with other places, they called back quickly and said they could do it in a couple of days and install the air conditioner a couple of weeks later. Kind and courteous staff!! We tried to start the air conditioner Memorial Day weekend, no luck. Trouble shooted a bit then called Service First on a Sunday, they said they would be out in an hour, awesome! Found out the thermostat was not set up right for air and the new unit had leaked after installation and all the freon was gone, so even though the unit was now running, no cold air. Said they would be back Tuesday.
Service First Heating and Cooling installed a new system in my home. It was an extremely challenging install, furnace in a tight closet, custom ductwork was needed, etc. Jeremiah and Tony arrived on time, had my Old system out within an hour and recycled and proceeded to install the new system start to finish in another three hours. Within 30 minutes temp in my home was back to 65 degrees. Our old system couldn’t bring it to less then 73 on a mild day and it was always clammy. They fabricated a solution to install filters to filter out allergens for my daughter who has breathing complications. Please consider using them, you won’t regret it. 10/10!
