Greg was phenomenal and so was his wife when I called and told her my air conditioner was not working. She made me feel important and as if I was a friend, not just a paying customer. She set up my appointment and Greg was out here at the appointment time. He explained everything to me, was able to diagnosis the problem quickly get my air working and was so pleasant and kind during it. I will never call anyone else but them if I have any more issues. What a great business and reasonably priced. Thank you so much Justice Pro!!!
After being scammed by another HVAC person we had Greg out to check system & fix what was done wrong. He is beyond polite with fast dependable service and explaining everything thoroughly. Finally found someone trustworthy to continue servicing both furnace and AC.

Justice pro mechanical came out worked on our air conditioner it was very hot did a beautiful job Didn’t taking very long I highly recommend this company you couldn’t ask for a nicer person to come out.

Greg and Tabitha were amazing! Great customer service, great people, and helped my family and I the day I called! Tabitha scheduled me quickly and couldn’t be more thankful as my AC went out the day of a Surprise party at my house. Our call was returned promptly and a technician was able to come out same day. Greg was our technician and he was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to replace a part on our central air unit on the spot. He walked us through every step ensuring we understood the process and reason for repair and how to preserve the life of our existing unit. He also offered some insights on our heating units, piping, and even identified a leaky waterline and directed us to a trusted resource to fix it. We are happy with the services provided and will definitely be calling in the fall to address our heating needs. **Added note: we do not personally know this family run business and found them through Google. We went with them bc they had good reviews and could get us right in. Glad it worked! THANKS GREG AND JUSTICE PRO!
They took the time on a holiday to respond to my inquiry and schedule me for an AC tuneup for the next day!! Greg was on time, professional, friendly and performed the task in a timely and sufficient manner. I was even sent text messages along the way to know who was coming and when they would be there. Will definitely use again!!!
