Addario’s team did a great job replacing our old AC unit part of the work had to be done in a cramped crawl space but they handled it professionally. They listened and were responsive to our request it was a 2 day job on the 2nd day they stayed until the unit was cooling. The 3 person team worked very well together! We do need them back at later date to hook up the heater that had to be temporarily shut down.
Called last minute and was lucky enough to get guys to come out the same day to fix a leaky shut-off valve and help me pull out the dishwasher, which is needed for the haul away. Prior to that, it was empty buckets every hour or shut off all the waters in the house. They were reasonable, knew their stuff, did nice work. Went the extra mile to set me up for success when the new appliances arrive. Would use again.
This was just a consultation, but based on this first interaction, I expect to have a good experience with this vendor. They responded quickly and were very professional.
Asked to have a kitchen sink faucet replaced and the job was completed in excellent time and price I will use them in the near future.
Addario’s once again brought the top notch service and professionalism to the job at my house! From courtesy calls and status on my appointment to reviewing the work they performed was head and shoulders above other companies.
they installed brand new state and i am Very disappointed with units they don’t work on hot day at all , this happened twice i tried to use it they just blow air no cool at all, very upset , what i choose
I can't say enough good things about Addario's. They have amazing customer service, always professional, excellent with keeping us informed of progress. Can not go wrong with using their services.
Uncommunicative and unprofessional. I’ve been dealing with Addarios for over a year now. It started when the salesman upheld the stereotype and made promises he couldn’t keep. Then, back tracking saying “oh I never said that.” I fell for his salesman tricks, my bad. This led to loud construction outside my house when I had a 4 week old baby. During installation of a new furnace, they used a faulty (or maybe the extension cord couldn’t handle the energy needed) extension cord to plug in the temporary water heater and melted the outlet. Then, the city inspector and the Addarios rep just show up on my doorstep with no warning. The Addarios rep was apologetic and even said “I’m sorry, the office should have called”. Finally, the electrician that was supposed to come fix the wiring that they blew out (separate from the extension cord issue) just didn’t show. I get it, the work is unpredictable and can take longer than expected. But if you’re supposed to be at another customers house, just call and say you are running late! It’s not an unreasonable request. Will not be using Addarios in the future.
This “Fix” was performed by Mike and John and was done to perfection. They remedied several items that were previously installed incorrectly. Nice job guys!👍
Walkthrough of remodeling job with the plumbers from Addario's was excellent. Questions answered expertly and candidly. On the spot estimate. Great company experience with this and other jobs contracted with this great company.
Patrick was extremely professional, attentive, thorough, very client-oriented, shared before and after photos of work and very tidy. He is a huge asset to the company and to the clients he serves.
Amanda was wonderful, excellent costumer service. She walked us through the whole process, I’m so glad we were able to go with Addario’s. Would recommend if anyone is in need of cooling or heating.
Had my Heat-Pump System checkup for the Family Protection Plan and it was easy as can be. Out technician ran diagnostic checks on all the equipment, made a slight adjustment and we are good to go for the AC season.
Still evaluating options, but Joe was very professional and knowledgeable about the products. Will update if we end up using addarios
The individual technician was great, very professional and worked quickly. Although Addario’s rescheduled it several times. Beware of the “Family Club Plan” for maintenance for $306/year. It only includes the very basics. Example: there’s an additional charge for things like flushing a water heater ($325) which they recommend doing annually for maintenance but don’t include in the family plan. Doesn’t include filter change for the furnace ducting. Doesn’t include cleaning the condensate drains or replacing the neutralizer pellets. On another visit, an expensive water heater part had to be replaced. The manufacturer covered the part but Addario’s (who did the install) charged for labor on a 3 year old unit.
Jeff and his helper Fisher came to install a part on our gas furnace that had been ordered. It was a very difficult and intricate repair but Jeff worked extremely hard to complete the job and got our furnace pilot installed and working. Addarios is a very responsive and dependable company. Would not hesitate to hire them again.
I could not be happier with the service provided by Addario's. The people I interacted with were very professional, knowledgable, flexible and most importantly: reliable. Their technicians always showed up on time and in fact routinely would call me 30 minutes in advance. The furnace they installed worked flawlessly from day 1. Very pleased.
Addarios installed a new propane boiler for me. Throughout the process, they have been highly professional and responsive when startup problems surfaced.
Years ago the kids they sent seemed like students who couldn't solder pipes. Despite my many calls, Addario's never returned. I had to hire another plumber to fix the job they butchered.
The plumber was personal and informative. He explained the parts are no longer available to repair our old shower and proposed alternatives to upgrade the existing shower to today’s standards using today’s parts. He also looked at the old non-functional shutoff valves and provided.a proposal to replace the valves. We plan to downsize, so we need to decide if we will derive sufficient value to justify the cost of the work Scheduling was easy and we were kept well informed as to when the plumber would arrive.
