Jonathan came to perform our annual A/C tune-up and was very professional! He took his time working under very hot condition (that day) and was very clean wearing protective foot slip-ons all times while in the house.
I want to say that he did a great job, very smart and helpful thanks for the service👍
Jonathan did the A/C maintenance and he did a wonderful job. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was in place. He is patient and helpful. What a great guy!

Were very polite Very efficient Worked together as a team so well Loved hearing them laughter together Neat and orderly The new set up in my basement looks amazing...very complex but fits the space so well. The outside Carrier unit is perfect on its base and fits the space there so well also. They were like a bunch of good "worker bees" all doing their jobs They kept me informed if they needed anything from me. Mike let me know when I might expect them to be through the job and he was exactly correct.. I would recommend Central Cooling to anyone. Jonathan serviced the A/c system in the house. Very pleased with the service. He took the time to go over all the work that was completed, and made sure that the work area was left clean. Mr Arjan Meli did a very professional job with my a/c tuneup. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
Jonathan did a Great job performing a tuneup on our air conditioning system. He spent about 2.5 hours for the visit. He crawled into our small attic to service the air handler. Since the attic has blown-in paper insulation, small pieces of it always comes down inside the house. Jonathan cleaned anything that had fallen. He performed maintenance on the outside condenser. He was very polite, courteous and professional. We have a contract with Central Cooling and Heating and we are pleased with their service.
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He offered and discussed all billing options and plans available but did not pressure me. He made me feel at ease with my decision.

Today was our semi-annual equipment check service call. It required the compressor inspection, cleaning and readying the unit for the summer. Jonathan did an outstanding job spending virtually the whole call getting the compressor ready for the busy season. All the winter grit and grime was removed, electrical connections checked, oil lines checked and oil replaced. The unit looks great, very clean and ready for the season. Alex was very professional and did the thorough job that is the way Central Cooling & Heating always do the work. Alex, and all the CC&H staff, are always very personable and courteous, and they do a thorough and complete job. They point out potential issues if any. They are the best HVAC people we have ever had work on our systems. They always leave the system and area they work in clean. Excellent work and manner of doing the work.

The Central Cooling technician Stefano Zarro did an excellent job explaining the state of our current system, answering our questions and what options we might consider going forward.
