This business is reliable, helpful and easy to communicate with. I have found them to be highly knowledgeable about HVAC products and services as well as a resource for information on related products and services. I highly recommend Delta and am pleased with the work that they have done in my home.
Delta HVACR did a full home heat pump installation at our 5 bedroom home in Otis, MA (8 indoor + 2 outdoor Daikin units). Fedor and his team (+ Svetlana, Luba, and many others) were extremely competent, efficient, and delivered on all their promises from day 1. They had the best prices (especially for a project of our size) and most availability in the area- it took less than a week from signing the contract to complete installation on this very large project! They also provided their own 0% financing (quicker approval than the MassSave Heat Loan), took care of the MassSave rebate for us, and worked with us on a flexible and cost-effective maintenance plan so we can ensure the full life of this system. Fedor even got on the phone with me many times to address my nitpicky concerns and solve them with expert recommendations and tangible remedies (including complimentary installation of a smart wifi-enabled baseboard water circulator to alleviate my concern of a pipe freeze)- truly above and beyond. I would give them 6 stars if I could, and recommend them to anyone!
I highly recommend using Delta HVACR. We had them install a mini split Ac system with a heat pump and they did a phenomenal job. They are very professional, and their customer service is top notch. The quality of the equipment is the best in the industry and workmanship is clean and professional. They definitely operate putting pride and integrity into their business. Thank you Delta!! Delta’s installation of a heat pump and mini-splits was very professional and efficient. They answered all my questions from start to finish, and fully explained the system, performance and maintenance. They were also extremely detailed in their work, and went above and beyond in meeting expectations.
Contacted Mass Save for a whole house mini split system had a couple people come out and give estimates and chose to go with this company which turned out great. They are very professional answered all my questions, fast quality insulation by far the best estimate that was given to me through three different companies.

Can't rave enough about the experience i recieved. They were very efficicent in getting to our home ASAP to get our hot water heater done. I was able to purchase my own parts, and his labor cost was more than reasonable for the work he did. I had lowes quoted me for the same repair i was getting done and they were litterally 4x the price he quoted me. There also wasnt any surprises when they came. Theodore was cool and was even willing to educate me along the way. Cool people. I give them 10 thumbs up :)
