Matt and his team were great! They were a preferred contractor through my insurance and took the time to answer any questions that I had when I couldn't get a clear response from American Home Shield. They took the time to explain what they were doing and even gave me some tips on how to make my central air work more efficiently.

My heating system stopped working at night. It is February! Saturday's night before Sunday's Superball! I am an elderly person with the health problems. Contacted the Call Center. In 10 min the owner of Countywide Mechanical Matt called me back. Matt was not only very responsive, but extremely compassionate. In 1-2 hours the employee of Matt's company came. Garret was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The problem was fixed in very timely manner. I am enormously grateful Matt and Garrett for their professionalism, excellence and fast response. From now on I will be with Countywide Mechanical until the end of my life - cannot imagine another company which might be equal to them in terms of response and expertise. Matt and his crew installed an HVAC system in our home that hasn’t had a proper heating/air conditioning system in the 31 years we have lived here. We have relied solely on wood heat that entire time. After an exhausting search of local installers, all of whom insisted “mini splits were the only way to go in an existing home”. I contacted Matt at County Wide Mechanical Services. He arrived on time, assessed my home and inquired as to what we would like to see in our HVAC system. A few weeks later I received an email from Matt which described in detail the work required, and a grand total quote, terms and what we could expect. My wife and I were already a couple months into our HVAC venture, and recognized the detail and quality of the system Matt was proposing, we accepted the bid. Shortly there after the wheels began to turn and a short 5 weeks later, we had a fully functioning HVAC system in our home for the the first time in 31 years! We are excited for summer and the following winter to experience the systems their entirety! Thanks Matt! You guys were awesome!

They returned calls and followed through on what they said they would do. The installation was professional. They were prompt and courteous. Matt Jones is extremely knowledgeable in his field and will take the time to answer any questions that you may have. In a world where it is difficult to find good service, this experience has restored my faith that this kind of service actually still does exist. I would recommend Countrywide without a question.

My experience with Countywide Mechanical Services was outstanding. I had a new RunTru by Trane furnace and central air conditioning unit installed over a period of a day and a half. This included removal of he old heating and cooling systems. Matt Jones did a great job communicating with me regarding all aspects of the purchase and install, ensuring that all of my questions were answered. The installation itself was flawless and was performed with a high degree of organization and neatness. Floors and stairs were protected with plastic sheeting prior to moving any equipment into or out of the house and things were left as neat as a pin. Matt Jones was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. The furnace works great and I couldn't be happier.
The folks at Countywide are fantastic. They answered the phone consistently and were very helpful with giving me information. When they arrived and I explained my issue they investigated and then gave me a straightforward and honest opinion as well as options. The fix was quick and effective and my AC is running great now.
Matt from Countywide Mechanical did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing our AC. In fact, he identified the issue in no time at all when last year a technician from a different company spent almost all day not finding the problem. Matt explained the issue to us clearly and was quick to schedule a follow-up for the repair, showed up promptly, fixed the problem (even had to pull a permit in the morning to do so), and tested to make sure the fix took. It is now cool and comfortable upstairs for us. Truly fantastic service and we'll use Countywide Mechanical every time we can in the future.
Countywide came at designated time and because of the issues with the AC a repair has been made. But the system is old and it may need to be replaced. Matt and Tim were very professional and knows their job. I give them an A Plus. !!!!
Countywide Mechanical services did a great job from the initial meeting to look at the installation. Matt, the owner came out quickly to look at the install and we had a quote in less than 24 hours. During every step of the installation, everything was kept clean and we were well informed of each step. The ducked attic ac unit that was installed along with the iwave air purifier has worked great so far. We would definitely recommend Matt and his team for your next project.
