Matthew was knowledgeable. friendly and efficient. Price of the new thermostat seemed a bit high. Diagnostic fee was very reasonable.

From the estimate to day of replacing my mother's 40 yr old furnace/boiler system ,they kept me in the loop.Installers were on time finished quickly and Lisa, one of the owners was patient and helpful with my 82 yr old mother's issue with paperwork. Highly recommend them.

2/2 great experience with this company. Both times the techs that showed up were incredibly professional and friendly. They came in explained how they would accomplish the job and did it. Didnt drag it out and try to sell anything extra. I'd highly recommend the company and will use again for any HVAC needs

We've had problems with our drain line clogging up and causing water to leak out of the front of our head unit. We noticed it start leaking again late at night on a weekend and got in touch with Aplus' emergency line. They got a tech scheduled for early Monday morning and got the issue resolved. This specific tech was very knowledgeable and had many years in the business. Not only did he clean out the lines and make sure any obstructions were gone but he also recommended a few tips/tricks to keep it clean and hopefully solve the issue for good. Response time and professionalism are top notch with this company!
I met with design consultant Matt Czarnik to get an estimate for both a new heating and cooling system. During our two and a half hour consultation, Matt was extremely thorough, courteous and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions as well. He is indeed an asset to A Plus HVAC!
These guys are truly amazing! We had a leak in our boiler and didnt know when our thermal cuppler went they came immediately out to fix it! Super polite very professional. He wasn't here 20 minutes and I had hot water again. This is the second time we have had these guys over and I couldn't be happier!

I bought my house in August 2022. This winter I called the installers of the furnace to come and do a yearly maintenance. The installers were Spark A Arc from Westfield. They refused to answer my calls. I called A+HVAC and they were here within a week. The technician was professional, and answered all my questions. I signed up for the yearly maintenance on my heating and air-conditioning system. Thank you. I’m happy to be part of your family.

We are very pleased with the installation of our new Mini Split Ductless Heat and Airconditioning system. Called after waking early on a Sunday morning to no heat. A human actually answered and took my info and phone number. Got a return call from the technician about an hour later and he was at my door within an hour after that. Heat was restored shortly thereafter. The definitely earn the name A-Plus
