Horrible service, unprofessional, want to rip you off to make extra money. Called in for service because my tech was busy came in and told me my system needs to replaced since it’s unrepairable. Left in 15 mins I saw his truck in my parking lot came back after hour demanded 2 hours of charge. I asked you left in 10-15 mins why 2 hours, showed me attitude and took money. Next day my tech came he fixed it without replacing in less than hour. So please if your tech doesn’t know how to fix why we should pay him and why he asks for extra money for wasting his time in parking lot.
We have used BBMS for a number of different services (ductless installation, AC installation, heating repair) and they are fantastic. Their work is high quality, they’re very knowledgeable and friendly, and they’ve always been on time. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Called several HVAC companies and either didn't get a response or they try to whack me with astronomical prices to show up same day. B&B Not only gave me a reasonable price but showed up the same day and did excellent work.
Our company has used B&B Mechanical Services for many years. They are professional, reliable and responsive. On numerous occasions we have had to call for no heat or ac and no matter what hour of the day or day of the week they are quick to respond. All of the staff is a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this company.
B&B MS installed our system almost 11 years ago, on those few times it doesn't work respond in a flash and fix it. So we are not with out AC is amazing! I highly recommend them . There service is topnotch.
Jeff (owner) has been very pleasant and professional to deal with. His company installed a central air system in our house several years ago. Competitive price and excellent service. Since, anytime we have had a need for service he and his team have been very responsive. I would highly recommend their services.
We have used B&B Mechanical for maintenance of our HVAC systems at both our home and our office building for many years and have always experienced great service and helpful attitudes. On rare occasions when we have needed service calls, they have always been quick to respond, and perform to our complete satisfaction. Jeff in particular is very knowledgeable about practical and cost effective systems. We would highly recommend them.
I live in a 24 Unit Condo. They are responsible for our HVAV system. I have lived here 6 1/2 years and they have been the contractors. Any time we call with an issue they send someone ASAP. We are a 55 Plus and realize our issues are immediate. The contractors that are sent have a great working knowledge of our system and The repairs are done in a timely fashion.
Jeff, Ash and the rest of the B&B team have always been professional, reliable and go above and beyond to solve any issue that may come up at any one of our many properties.
Would recommend this company to anyone. Have used them for years and they are always on time and the workers are always professional and go above and beyond to help you!!

Jeff Mintza at B&B was great when I spoke and emailed with him this week. We had a different company replace our home's old central heating and air conditioning systems with a new geothermal system last year. That company botched the installation, so the new system was costing us huge amounts of money to heat our home. I called B&B, ready to pay them to help us straighten out this mess. But Jeff at B&B surprised me. He took my call and exchanged emails with me that same day. Instead of looking to take my money, he gave me informative, specific, free advice to straighten out the mess. He was clearly knowledgeable of the industry and code requirements. And his candor and helpfulness was refreshing. Hopefully I can bring some business back to him in the future.
Customer service I horrible. They come to fixed Nabour AC unit and by mistake they open my unit and throw air filter in dumpster. I call so, they can Correct there mistake but all kind excuse and They don’t want to do correct there mistake and they told me to fix it by my cost. How unprofessional and cheap company is ? Pl be carful before call this company.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their customer service is unbelievable. Their response time is amazing on emergency calls and service calls. I would use this company for all the service calls I run they are truly a SUPERIOR COMPANY.
Company is very reliable and knowledgeable! Always there when needed! Kept my low quality boiler running a lot longer than expected and was there when we did need to replace! Did a great job and went out of their way to get us the boiler we needed for a quick replacement!

Did a nice job replacing the furnace, the following year we had them back to install an air conditioner in the attic the second floor of the house. They also showed up when they said they would.
