Daniel came to install a dishwasher after an issue with the previous unit. He arrived on time, showed extreme care and consideration with regard to my home and spent some time learning of the issues with the previous dishwasher to ensure he looked out for any issues before hand. There were some unexpected issues due to the style of the new dishwasher, but he was able to make sure everything fit perfectly and did not leave until he was sure everything was in working order. Additionally, Daniel had an apprentice with him, and he made sure that he was teaching the correct way to do things, including how to start a job off on the right foot and the clean up afterward. Greatly appreciated, Daniel’s time and expertise.
Just had a couple valves and faucets put in today. Adam was great! He did a fantastic job, very professional service. I highly recommend Hetitage Home Services.
Use this company if you want to be gouged. Luckily, I found two outside plumbers whose estimates were $4,900.00 less than the $7,400.00 which Heritage quoted to install a water heater, on top of their in home visit fee of $89.00! The water heater which was eventually installed by an honest plumber from Millbury, was a better brand than the one Heritage had offered. An unbelievable disservice to customers who have not done their research! The complete job by a plumber cost $2,600 vs Heritage's outrageous estimate of $7,489! And after this review was read by Heritage, they claimed they had no record of the estimate, which is sitting in my email folder.
Excellent service, quick work, not a single thing to complain about! They were able to quickly get an appointment scheduled and then the tech came right on time, got the job done and was helpful, courteous, and efficient.
Patrick Taylor came out today to give me an estimate for a 220 V dryer install With some major improvements in the electrical system. he was thorough, excellent and gave a very good estimate. I have one more contractor coming out But at this point I would choose heritage
I recently had electrical work done through Heritage and I am very happy with the results. Matt B did the estimate as well as led the actual work. He was very professional throughout the process and explained everything in detail along the way. The work was high quality and I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to get electrical work done.
We had three split mini units installed in our house by Heritage. The communication, service, and installation process were all excellent. I am thrilled with the result and the service.
Dylan is an exceptional technician. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and the condition of the system. I’m hoping I’m able to have him assigned again for all future maintenance.
Ryan listened to my explanation of what was happening with my AC. He performed a thorough assessment of the system. He provided me a detailed explanation of the possible problems. He itemized the costs for each and explained the risks. He completed the work on time at the quoted cost. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to have him here for future work.
James was great. Personable and professional and thorough. Spent a lot of time explaining what equipment we had and what to expect of it going forward. I feel comfortable that Heritage will be there for us when we need them.
Absolutely impressed with A.J. and Heritage. He was thorough, professional, courteous, and helped give peace of mind by ruling out a couple of issues that could have been massive problems. I would definitely use A.J. and Heritage again. Highly recommend.

Matt was terrific. He identified my problems with the thermostats and resolved some issues that should have been addressed in regular ongoing maintenance. And, luckily for me, electricians were in the neighborhood and resolved the thermostat issues immediately. Great bunch of guys.
Patrick was amazing!! The main breaker in our panel failed. I called Heritage Home Service and Patrick arrives within a couple of hours. He confirmed what I described as having happened. I knew that there was a chance that the entire panel might need replacing, but Patrick was able to replace the faulty breaker itself. He analyzed our service at my request and gave me a quote to upgrade it. I hate dealing with contactors etc. but this experience was extremely positive. The next time I need electrical or other services I am definitely calling Heritage!
Daniel came out from Heritage to provide an estimate to replace my tankless Rinnai waterheater that has been having trouble. Everyone I have spoken with within the company has been very professional, responsive, friendly and clear about expectations. I'm very happy with today's visit, and feel confident moving forward with the installation!
I thought that Dylan did a great job. I had a few questions and he answered them very professional manner. I was very satisfied with the maintenance service he did on my air conditioner and furnace.

Firstly, I must say that Ryan is an exceptional technician. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the issue I was facing. Secondly, I must commend Heritage for their excellent service. I had a warranty issue with my appliance, and they took care of it promptly and efficiently. The entire process was hassle-free, and I was kept informed at every step.
In December our pipes burst on the third floor and resulted in water damage to the first, second and third floors. We called Heritage Home Service for an estimate to address the electrical systems. Electricians Patrick and Kenny were prompt and professional. They thoroughly inspected the affected areas on all three floors and basement. They advised us of their recommendations and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with this initial meeting.
