Stay away, they’ll rob you.
We had a new ductless split (Mitsubishi - one unit outside with 2 inside) installed in an in-law that had heat but no AC. The AC did its job well but it is also doing a great job supplementing the oil heat as well. My Mom is always cold and it added the required extra layer of heat. The sales person was very knowledgeable and the tech guys were professional and clean. They also added an Ecobee thermostat so I can control the main heat from my phone. Very cool feature!
I recently used Frank's Heating Service for a repair on my heating system, and I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They responded to my service request promptly and arrived on time for the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable about my system and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They also provided a clear explanation of the repair and the associated costs, which I found to be reasonable and fair. Overall, I had a positive experience with Frank's Heating Service and would recommend them to others in the Tewksbury area.
Ac and heating unit install for our addition and they did an awful job. Never ever will we used them again nor will I recommend them to our friends
Quick response to our needs...especially during the heatwave...our repairman was on time, very friendly and very good work ethic...his assistant was also a good worker and friendly...they were also very clean, which I appreciated very much...
We had Frank's install a complete, new heating and air system. The install team was professional, knowledgeable and made this a seamless transition for us. I also want to give a shout out to Ivan who came to our house to fix something after the fact and did a fabulous job! Both times the teams completely cleaned up-you couldn't even tell they had been there. Amazing! We are very satisfied so far. We had previously had Franks for several years doing maintenance on our system. We would highly recommend!

Frank’s Heating & Air Conditioning went "Above and Beyond” installing my new furnace. The whole team worked together to move this installation smoothly. Frank’s HVAC Comfort Advisor patiently listened to my needs and expectations to find me a highly efficient furnace that would be best for my house. Frank’s HVAC technicians did an excellent job to install my new furnace in just half of a day. The technicians were very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and organized. Frank’s HVAC front desk were so caring and worked so hard to move the installation to an earlier date (even though their schedule were very tight and busy). “Frank’s 10” warranty plan provided me with a full coverage on parts & labor for life of the warranty. I would definitely recommend “Frank’s Heating”. I have been with them for two years now and have received outstanding HVAC Annual Maintenance. Two Thumbs Up to Frank’s Heating Services.
I was a long time customer of Frank's Heating since 2006 and they have in the past been good at providing quality maintenance which I had with them every year until recently. The heating system was not working and Frank's was going to take 2 days to come check it out. I understand that you are busy but to have the housing freezing for 2 days. Also, after calling another company to check, it was found the burner assembly was bad from before. I pay an annual maintenance, you would think these would be checked. I own a number of homes and always had heating companies check everything as pat of the maintenance contract. On top of it, the lady that picked up the phone was ready to drop a long time customer and said it would be better to go with another company than them. Amazing to see a how a company would care less to keep a relationship and that a long term customer. It is ok there are lot of other heating companies around.
If you have more money and don't know what to do, you could either throw it away, burn it or use Franks! one of the worst install job ever and when then of course they don't stand by you when there is a repair. My HVAC was installed by them and then it had numerous issues. It was still under warranty and then they refused to honor it. There was even a factory recall of the units and when I enquired they just basically refused to honor it or give any information! When called in and sked to speak to the manager they refused to either connect or give out any details. You are far better off in hiring some one who is far better in terms of workmanship and service than Franks! Absolutely shoddy to say the least!!!!!!
I had 3 split AC systems installed in my home by Frank's. Mike was responsive and quick with the quote, even in these crazy busy COVID times. The two gentlemen that showed up to install were hardworking, professional, and very skilled. A couple years ago Frank's replaced my boiler as well and the job was equally as good. The company has been around for many, many years because they provide stellar service.
Would like to give a shout out to Ivan...he pays very close attention to detail...his workmanship is top notch...If you have any questions regarding the equipment, he responds promptly with an answer...all and all it was a great experience...kudos to Ivan and Franks.
Service agent was personable and seem very knowledgeable. We had a leaky something and he identified & fixed the issue. We have used Frank’s Heating Service before and continue to be very satisfied
We had an issue with our furnace and had Frank's Heating out to fix the problem. They were prompt and professional but they didn't have the part we needed on the truck. However, they were able to order the part during the day and had us up and running within 8 hours of our initial call. I'd definitely recommend Frank's. I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 though because I called their emergency line early in the morning and did not receive a call back. I had to call again when the office opened and no one knew about my earlier call but they were able to get us on the schedule for that day.
Heat went out today on thanksgiving day, not sure why. Gave them an emergency call: had someone out within an hour even on Thanksgiving day! Can’t describe the relief I feel using Frank’s heating. Was definitely worth extending my warranty.
This was the first time I used Frank's Heating & Air Conditioning, and I was very impressed. My central air was blowing warm air, and with the humidity, it was very uncomfortable inside my house. I called Frank's and they were able to send a technician the next day. My AC condenser is very old, and original to my home (it came with the house) and I was certain my compressor was shot. Tanner the technician arrived and to our shared shock, only the capacitor was blown. He was able to replace the capacitor and run all the necessary diagnostic tests, and soon it was up an running again. Truly professional and knowledgeable, he was able to explain some of the limitations of my older system, when it comes to repair. I really appreciated his work and professional manner. I would strongly recommend Frank's to anyone.
Great company! When calling the office very polite and responsive. Service people that come out wrre very knowledgeable.
Had a HVAC system built around a boiler, which needed to be replaced. Frank’s came over at the prescheduled time installed the new boiler and cleaned up. I would us them again for the technical competency and professionalism!
My mom is 85. Got him on a conference call with her. He was all about how much he was going to charge her to show up on a Sunday and not in anyway nice about it I might add. When she started to ramble how she didn’t want to pay a lot because she just paid for service warranty that sears won’t honor he literally hung up. Not nice and all about the $ is how I’d describe this business in a nutshell
