I reached out to American Air due to troubles with one of my air conditioning units. I called them because they were under new ownership, and I had had a bad experience with the previous owner. I was very pleased with both the customer service person, the timely response, and the professional work of the technician. I definitely will plan to use them again at my house in the future.
Absolutely wonderful service. The Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Had my business unit replaced and running in just a few hours. Highly recommended!
American Air serviced our Air conditioner and did an excellent job of cleaning and making sure that each vent in the house was working properly. The technician was polite and professional.
It took a day to install a new coil and condenser for our air-conditioning. The installers were friendly and diligent. Everything looks neat. They cleaned up after their work. It appears they left it better than they found it. We've been customers for 19 years.
Mark came to our service appointment on time. He was courteous and professional. Worked quickly and neatly and serviced our ac for yearly maintenance. It works like a charm! Thank you American Air for your great service and and great tech!

American Air, Inc installed a new central AC in the house I bought last year. This year they sent Mark G to do my annual AC maintenance along with changing the filter. Unfortunately, he was informed of the wrong filter type to replace and didn’t have it on hand. He was super apologetic even though it wasn’t his fault at all. He went above and beyond and finally found the filter at the 7th place he contacted and came by one afternoon to replace it. He even ordered an extra so they would have it on hand next time. I work evenings so it was a big help it wasn’t replaced early in the morning! Mark is a great asset to American Air with great customer service skills!

Our gas furnace stopped working on th we coldest day of winter. I had to leave a message but they called me back quickly. They arrived early and quickly got to work. It took a little bit, but he solved the problem.
Isaac showed up promptly (considering all the calls he received) and advised us on the best way to fix our faulty ceiling unit. The office (which is very attentive and polite at addressing customers concerns) will call us with a repair date. Good service.
Isaac did a great job and explained things very well. Only complaint is the length of time it took someone to return my call.
I noticed a water problem around my furnace. The technician tried valiantly to repair it, but finally had to admit that the furnace needed to be replaced. They were back with replacement the next day - from 7:30 till 4:00. Explained all they needed to do, completed the job, and cleaned up the whole area. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
Woman on phone was nice and had tech at my house at precisely 10 when she said he would be. Tech was very courteous and professional. Used booties every time he entered the house and let me know what he was doing and worked fast. Furnace is now running like a top. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for furnace or AC issues.
Chris was fantastic to deal with, really knows his stuff and made great suggestions. The production team was super friendly and easy to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Well we're very impressed the guy Jordan he was excellent and his partner I don't remember his name very hard workers thee speed American air was quick at getting our heat on right away and spectacular work was done by your electricians excellent time our house is old 1927 it took a lot of work and we appreciated everything American air took real excellent on getting things done my sister and my aunt also have the same system my sister is very happy with hers and as well as my aunt Thankyou for the excellent service you presented to us it meant a lot you made sure we got our heat on before the cold weather can't thank you all enough thankyou Ed&Michele McComber

I personally would like to thank Leslie and Jordan for their professional, knowledgeable and friendly support. Our Bosch HP System failed and we contacted American Air for repairs. Leslie was such a professional, friendly and pleasant person. Jordan was very knowledgeable, patient and thoroughly explained on what he was going to do and answered all my questions. I highly recommend American Air for all of your repair and installation needs.
I had American Air come and repair my central air conditioning unit, which wasn't cooling properly. Jordan (along with Isaac) did the repair work on my AC unit, which was very difficult to access. Jordan thoroughly explained what he did and answered all my questions. They were very professional, well organized, and left the work area spotless. They fixed the problem and it has been working properly ever since. I highly recommend American Air for your repair work.
We selected Rob and the team at American Air Inc to install our ductless mini-split system after receiving several quotes from companies in the area. We chose American Air Inc because of their reputation, competitive proposal and the fact they are nearby us here in Andover. The installation went flawlessly and the team arrived first thing in the am ready to go to work and they were efficient completing the 5 zone install in one day! What truly compelled me to write this review a year or so later is the service experience and the commitment that the company has displayed in standing by their work. We had a component of the system that needed replacement recently (not a result of American Air Inc but a supplier part) and American Air Inc went out of their way to remedy the situation and get our system back up and running. I could not be happier with my experience with Rob and his team. The entire team is top tier; they are talented, respectful, and punctual. I know we made the right decision to go with American Air Inc. Thank you!
