the guy that answered my phone call told me he will send technician once he will finish his current job.. Less then 30 min later, the technician is running our doorbell, he solved the problem within 15 min, We're cool again! ! From the easy communication, to the planning, installation, and the cleanup after, everything was professional, timely, courteous, and worth it. Easy to work with and will explain things honestly and give advice where needed. I ended up buying five split units. The results are better than I had hoped. Great!
I had S & M come out to service my failing equipment twice. Once this summer for the A/C unit, and again in November for the furnace. Both times they were very responsive and Milton was able to fit me in on the same day. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend S & M for your HVAC needs!

Made an appointment to come diagnose and fix my air cond. The scheduled time was 11am to 1pm yesterday. No show, no call, even after I called them 4 times and talked to multiple people, kept saying technician plans to come, he will call. Nothing. Absolutely not professional. Running late is one thing, or if you do not want to take this business, totally fine, just tell me so. But don't make a commitment and just make a fool out of the customer, that is just not acceptable.
