Green Tech Plumbing was great. We had a leak on a holiday and Green Tech had us show them pictures of the problem so they could show up with the appropriate tools and replacement fixtures early the next morning. The plumber was pleasant, talked us through what was happening, and offered up quick solutions. The entire appointment was just over an hour. We plan to use Green Tech again.
After calling around to try to find someone to help with a leaking central air system, I was able to get same-day service from Green Tech. They even sent someone out sooner than they initially said they could in order to work around a scheduling conflict I had. The tech was thorough and helpful, answering all my questions and fixing the issue promptly.

Thank you Dave! I had a leak under my kitchen sink. I was not certain as to the problem. The leak was a result of a broken garbage disposal. Not only did Dave fix the problem, but he came after hours. This is after I called multiple plumbers not being sure why my sink was leaking and got little to no response. I really appreciated the prompt response.

We recently found ourselves in a sewage disaster that unfortunately caused significant damage to our water heaters. Green Tech checked off all boxes we required in our emergency - responsive, knowledgeable and fair value. They found the root of our problems and are assisting with insurance coverage as well. I know their team personally drove 2+ hours each direction just to quickly get the heaters we needed newly installed. Thanks all
Tenant did not have heat and hot water. I called Green Tech Plumbing and Heating Inc. and spoke with Hector who was polite and said he will send a technician right away. Dave showed up and he started the furnace in 15 minutes and tenant had heat. Then he replaced the hot water heater tank and sent me the video. Everything was done professionally in less than 3 hours. I recommend Green Tech Plumbing and Heating for all your plumbing needs. Thank you Hector and Dave, Jessica.
I regret not calling Green Tech first. My old plumber didn't respond. Home Depot didn't come through despite guarantees. I called Green Tech, they were on the road and finding a new heater immediately. Called me from the store when they didn't have the model in stock that I wanted. Timely service, professional, knowledgeable, friendly techs.
Dave is professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and super responsive. His team does tidy, quality HVAC work. My water heater and furnace also stopped working during a cold night and he helped us get things back in order quickly. I recommend Green tech without hesitation.
Dave was extremely fast in his response to my call. I had a fairly unusual need to move some pipes under kitchen cabinets which he did efficiently. I will continue to use Green Tech Plumbing given my experience with this job.

I recently had a problem with my heat hot water baseboard that it didn't provide heat for some areas for my property. I googled and found Green Tech Plumbing & heating that has 5 stars from Google's reviews. Green Tech Plumbing & heating provided a very disappointing experience with the diagnosis service for my hot water system issue. The technician did not communicate well with me throughout the process. After he finished his diagnosis for 1 hour and 15 minutes. He called me what he had found. He said that it was because one of my thermostats did not function due to a wiring issue and he couldn't do anything about it because it is an electrical job which he couldn't do it. After the technician left, I received a bill via Venmo for $375 that was much higher than I had anticipated. Is this real for the diagnosis service charge without fixing anything? When I called him to inquire about the charge, he said that he normally charges two hours minimum for this kind of service. I admitted that I didn't ask him about his charge rate before I asked him to come to my property. In the end, he reduced it to $300 which I still was not happy for this kind of service. Overall, I was very disappointed with the diagnosis service provided by Green Tech Plumbing & heating. Additionally, their lack of communication and high fees left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of heat hot water system diagnosis service. This is the first time I got this service charge and saying that we couldn't fix it. The lesson learn is that we should not rely on Google review much.
We've had to have these guys out a few times in the last month, first for a leaky pipe, then for a burst pipe, then to assess a faucet that wasn't running right since the burst pipe. Dave came out each time, he was very easy to work with, and seemed to be working to get us the best price possible. He came to us right away when the pipe burst even though he had a bunch of people ahead of us, since he remembered that we had a newborn. Very nice to have that personal touch! And he didn't charge us for checking out the faucet. All good experiences so far even though it's always frustrating when you need to call a plumber.
Dave came over on the same day I reached out to repair our shower which was only putting out hot water. He was communicative, friendly, and efficient. I tried to do it myself with the help of YouTube, but wasn’t able to. Dave took the time to explain what he did and what mistake I had made in the process. Will definitely work with Green Tech again— thanks Dave!
Dave from GreenTech plumbing picked up the phone immediately and took my information regarding an emergency burst pipe in Mission Hill. After nearly 45 calls, I wish I called Dave first. The only plumber who picked up or returned my call. Not only did he have his crew confirm availability, he was able to get to the property within 30 minutes of our call. Being in the business for as long as I have been, these are the plumbers you move to the top of your preferred vendor list! Dave just made the number one spot going forward! Thank you Dave!

We had a leaky toilet situation that was quickly becoming an emergency in our condo. We called various companies. Unlike the others, Green tech responded immediately, and they were able to get here the next day and fix the problem. Personable people and fast, efficient and quality work at a fair price!!! Highly recommend!
Green Tech repaired our HVAC system after it wouldn't turn on. They came out within 24hrs and got us up and running with the new part, just in time for the cold weather. They were quick and nice to work with. Life savers.
