Jim did a great job to replace the old pipe and the faucet for my kitchen sink with the new one. He is very responsible and has a reasonable price. I like the job he completed!
Below Needed a couple of small jobs done, including an outside faucet bib with new shutoff and some PVC drain work. Jim returned my call promptly and completed the work as scheduled for a reasonable price. Great service and communication. Highly recommended.
Jim came over and looked at an old cast iron pipe that was rusting. He did exactly what he said he would do cut out the old pipe and replace with new. He communicated well and very reasonable with the price. We are pleased with his work. Thanks Jim!
I'm a repeat customer and couldn't be happier. I can sincerely say it is the best service I've received from any vendor at my home. Every aspect of working with Jim has been excellent from start to finish.
Jim has helped us twice in the past month - first with the installation of a gas dryer then with the installation of two water tanks and a heating system repair. Jim is responsive, professional, courteous and his work is exceptional. We found him online after another contractor failed to show up and we will be calling him for all of our future needs.
On the evening the water pipe was frozen, I sent an e-mail for a service request to Jim's plumbing & heating service. Twenty minutes after I sent the service request email, I got a call from Jim. After explaining the situation, I was able to book a business trip service on the spot. The next day, Jim arrived home at the appointment time at 8:30 am. It took 1 hour from start of work to finishing cleaning. In my case, the process and results were all smooth from service request to work completion. Even if something else happens, I think I'll have to ask Jim for work. I'm glad there is a good plumber where I live.
We had a collection of smaller plumbing issues that all needed to be resolved: the repair and/or replacement of a faulty toilet valve, a new water line installed for a refrigerator upgrade, and the repair of a leaking pipe. Even with Covid, Jim was able to work with us to determine the best path forward (we ended up deciding to replace the entire toilet), and perform the other repairs for a reasonable cost and timeline. I know that we'll be back if we have any more issues in the future.
Jim called me back the same day I called and was able to come out within a couple of days. Our steam heating system in our home was incredibly noisy and pipes would bang all over the house. Jim was able to perform a much-needed cleaning and overall service for the furnace and now our heat is silent! Will definitely call Jim for future heating/plumbing needs.
Jim did an excellent work on removing the kitchen garbage disposal and connecting a new pipe to the sink. Very efficient, work well done and the kitchen and under the sink were left super clean! I will definitely keep Jim as our plumber from now on.

Jim is very couteous and professional when he is in our home. Once i called Jim when my heater wouldn't start in Feb, I called him at 6 in the morning and heater is working at 9. It helps that he is very responsive for emergencies.
Jim’s is the best! We lost our water heater on thanksgiving day. I called Jim’s Friday morning and by noon we had a new water heater. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I will use him for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

He delivered my oil-to-gas conversation (steam boiler and hot water tank) and does all the little things to be a 5-star business - * Delivered on-time and on-budget * Communicated throughout the project * Explained how to properly run and maintain my new steam boiler and hot water tank In addition, I am very appreciative of Jim’s recommendations, having two kids under 2, that we were almost never without hot water. Jim responded promptly to my request for new service as a new customer, set a time to confirm his availability after completing his current job, contacted me as stated and showed up as agreed. All important for any small business. He estimated the job--re-piping a gas connection in our kitchen wall to fit a new range--and completed the job promptly and as estimated. He's personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Furthermore, he performed the job in September 2020 during the pandemic. He was neat and careful, observing protocol--wearing a mask, booties and generally being thoughtful about concerns we might have about bringing him to our home.
