T&K is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. They installed a new heat pump system in my apartment just in time for summer. Their quote was fair, and they guided me through the Mass Save loan + rebate process and federal tax credit programs to cut the overall price i paid by ~70%, the remaining 30% financed with a 0% loan. Their team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They're also the ONLY firm I contacted that was willing to install a cassette mini split system in my ceiling instead of mounting a large, unsightly split on the wall. Though this was challenging, the end result looks and works great. Highly recommend!
One of our heat pump condensers stopped working. T&K came out and found the problem ( a leak in one of the pipes). They came back, worked for almost five hours, and fixed it. this was part of their guarantee so there was no charge.

Very dependable, professional, very neat, I got a price quote on a Friday, agreed with the price and plan, the following Tuesday they had the a/c system in and running. I am all set for the summer. Best of all they came to Falmouth to do the job.
From beginning to end T&K took great care of my HVAC needs. I called them for 2nd opinion and right away they they became the only opinion I needed. They completely out bid a larger commercial company I was looking to do the work with, and provided the same, if not better, equipment and service. Hands down this crew of experienced professionals will have your HVAC needs squared away in a jiffy!
Installed Bosch Air Source Heat Pump and a hybrid water heater and all work was top notch. Very satisfied.

T & K Mechanical recently replaced my ancient heating/ac system. The entire project from iniitial estimate to showing me the programmable thermostat was exemplary! All contacts were promptly and personally addressed. I did not feel like I was dealing with a large corporation. Owner Kevin was very hands on ... checking in on all phases of the installation. Had one hiccup with the electric power surply. His electrician was called and on site asap. Turned out to be a National Grid problem. Was a pleasure to see the teamwork at T & K, from Megan in the office to the crane operator, smooth and efficient. I would use them again in a heartbeat, highly recommended. Carl K.

After initial inspection and quote work scheduling and installation was quick and professional. All workers were polite, considerate and site was left neat and clean.

Very profesional company good comunication always on time
T&K Mechanical installed the AC and heating systems in our new home in West Roxbury. Everything went smoothly and was on time. After moving in we noticed a small issue with the air flow in a few rooms. Brandon came out within a few days of calling to assess the situation and set up a return visit to fix the problem. During the return visit the T&K team fixed everything quickly and we've been all set ever since! T&K Mechanical did a great job with our project and showed great customer service when it came to fixing that one small issue. I would highly recommend them for your project!

This is the third or fourth time now we’ve used T&K. This time we needed them to move a condenser. They’re tech Brandon was professional, and a delight to work with. A few hours later it was done. I’ve been dealing with contractors for 40 years, these guys are good, If Tim says they’ll be there then they’ll be there. So far, all the T&K tech’s I’ve had work on our projects have been pros. I keep going back to these guys because I know it’s going to be done right, and I don’t need the hassles.
Had both heating boiler and tankless hot water units serviced. It was a pleasure having a knowledgeable, confident, professional technician service our units, and at a very fair price. We like to give our business to local tradespeople and are happy to have found them.
The people that work for the company were very helpful they were very clean they were friendly and very nice people I enjoyed talking to them and I they did excellent job so far on my project
