Professional quality of work and was worth the time waiting in the qube
I had my A/C system cleaned and maintained for the beginning of the season. They did an excellent job and were very professional. I highly recommend Aspinwall.
Installation of gas fireplace insert went flawlessly! Danny did a great job from arriving on schedule , explaining what he was going to do; doing it, cleaning up and removing old insert and instructing me on the use of the new fireplace insert

I had a gas insert fireplace installed. It looks absolutely fabulous. Everyone I dealt with were great. I couldn't be happier with this company. From the moment I walked into the show room where I met Paula. She was helpful and professional. And Mike who came to my house and helped me pick everything out to the two gentleman that installed it. If you are looking for a fireplace insert I highly recommend Aspinwall Plumbing and Heating. I had Mitsubishi heat pumps installed and I can not say enough about how wonderful the Aspinwall crew were. They were on time, friendly, efficient, respectful of my property, went right to work and got the job done and cleaned everything up when they were done.
As always, the professionalism and expertise of Aspinwall technicians produces seamless and efficient service delivery. They arrived for the routine 6-month maintenance (heat in fall, a/c in spring) with notes on a couple of hiccups in the cooling delivery at the end of last summer, keen to rejuvenate the system and pay extra attention to minor concerns from the prior season. They are neat, engaging, and thorough, leaving us with a top functioning system and their promise to return if needed to make it perfect.
Once again… excellent service by another team. Andrew and his apprentice were thorough, professional, friendly. I’m really impressed with my 2 recent interactions with the guys at Aspinwall.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Generally from the hvac side of things was so knowledgeable and so kind explaining everything. A the plumbers who did work for me as well were so polite and there work was so clean and on point. If you ever need a plumbing or hvac company there are great. Nothing but good things with all there staff
Jake and Terrell were terrific. They ran multiple tests and diagnostics on my heating system to determine why the system was failing. They were very professional at all times and I will be using Aspinwall for any and all my plumbing and heating needs in the future.
We had our kitchen faucet replaced and both Andrew & Andrew were excellent. They did a great job and were super nice. Thank you both.
We had a slow leak that went undetected until it came through the dry wall in our basement. Root cause investigation complete and identified poor toilet installation resulting in water pooling and subsequently dripping through a poorly installed wax ring. Cleaned up past wax, removed worn screws, repaired the problem and reinstalled the toilet. Addendum: A day or so after the above repair, we noted water in the basement again. The crew returned and removed walls to expose the actual problem (a screw had been drilled through a drain pipe). Crew replaced the damaged section of pipe. Good work, good communication, fair pricing. Will use them again.
Daniel and James came to install a fireplace insert. They both were very courteous and professional. The surround for the insert was not the proper size and they tried to remedy the situation as well as they could. The proper piece is being ordered and hopefully will be installed soon. In short the job isn’t finished yet but I’m sure these two will get it done. I will give a more through review once the job is complete.
Right before the super cold weekend in Jan 2023 our heating system kicked the bucket. We called Aspinwall on Wednesday. Jake and Terrell came first thing in the morning on Thursday, assessed what was going on with the furnace and some how managed to start it up and take the chill out of the house. Jake gave us a quote walked us through what was wrong and the parts we needed then they emailed us an invoice/work order. Friday morning they came and fixed everything up. Jake and Terrell were very professional, kind, honest, and patient with all our questions. They our Heating HEROS!
