The job went great. We asked Renato for a 2nd bid for an ac line replacement. They responded promptly with a competitive bid and although in December, they completed the repair (in inclement weather) as agreed with the promise to return in the spring for testing. They were on time, diligent and cleaned up once the job was complete. We are grateful for their services and look forward to working with them in the future.
One quick call and I knew Renato HVAC was the right company for the project. We reviewed what needed to be done over the phone in the morning, Renato HVAC showed up later that day as promised and the job was completed within a few hours for a reasonable price with great integrity, pride of workmanship and attention to detail. You communicate directly with a friendly, experienced technician who understands the value in providing a quality installation, not a pushy sales person looking to maximize profit and sell you more services than you asked for as I had experienced with 3 prior calls to other larger, more established HVAC companies. I highly recommend calling Renato HVAC for your next project! DESCRIPTION OF WORK The project consisted of installing a new single zone, mini split heat pump system. As a handyman myself, I had already made strategic decisions to pre-purchase all the required equipment and materials, plan and complete initial preparations for installation of both interior and exterior units and hire an experienced technician to run the refrigerate line set, make final connections, leak test and vacuum the lines and release the pre-charged refrigerant into the system. It was gratifying to have Renato HVAC enthusiastically complete the latter portion of the work. Everything turned out better than expected!

He went right to work to troubleshoot the HVAC and diagnosed the issue quickly. He then conducted the necessary repairs, and testing to my system. Renato did an outstanding job at my mother in laws. We were impressed with his work. It was a tough job but Renato did not give up, he made sure everything was working correctly before leaving and when the job was completed everything was nice and neat.
