W H Riley came out to my house to disconnect a gas stove. They were on time and very pleasant. Even though the guys ran into a small issue with the disconnect, the job was done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them!!

WH Riley was responsive and meet all of our needs. Stated a time for the following morning from diagnosing our problem over the phone which was deemed an emergency call. Tech showed up early and on time. Customer Service also reached out to confirm appointment and time. Technician(Jason) was great and completely described which part failed and why it failed. The part was immediately replaced. We've been WH Riley customers for 20 years and they've never let us down. Highly recommend.

Annual oil burner performance tune-up & efficiency measurement was just performed by WH Riley. The technician arrived on schedule. Inspected and cleaned the burner, checked that the burner exhaust vent was secure. He replaced the air filter, ran an efficiency test and was on his way. Job well done.
Technician performed the annual maintenance on the boiler and was able to determine that a major issue existed. As promised by the tech, WH Riley immediately scheduled an appointment to remedy the issue. Peace of mind and great customer service is why WH Riley is #1 with us!
