Briggs are real professionals. They just completed a ductless Heating & A/C installation at our home for all rooms using Mitsubishi products. Chris came out to do the walkdown and was very professional and more to the point (unlike others who bid) he listened to what we wanted and provided a quote based on the information gained from the visit. The install team lead by Cory installed 4 tons of A/C & heating capability without any unforeseen problems. They clean up all the mess at the end of each day. Use a combination of drop cloths and booties to keep the house spotless. The system is tied to our oil furnace to assure we gain the most efficiency in the winter with temperatures above 35F. Mike Briggs was out to the house a number of times to assure that we were all aligned prior to and during installation. Totally issue free. Chris is applying for our rebate and helped us with the 7 year interest free Energy Loan. UPDATE: It’s summer and the house is wonderfully cool without all the noise from window A/C and no more obstructions from outdated A/C units. Heating with the Mitsubishi units was much more uniform than our oil heat. Briggs worked with us to get the Kumo Cloud set up for us. We saved $1000 on heating this winter.
We recently had Mitsubishi mini splits installed in our home and we couldn't be more pleased. Chris the Senior Comfort Specialist was very professional and informative on the install. The technicians Pete and Cameron were very knowledgeable and courteous. We would highly recommend Briggs Mechanical.

Briggs Mechanical recently replaced the A/C system for our second floor. The installation team was very professional and efficient. They arrived as scheduled and the work was completed as promised. I had Briggs Mechanical come and replace our old AC unit with a heat pump. The workers were prompt, respectful, and professional. They explained everything I needed to know to have it working to cool the home during the warm months and help heat it during the cold months. All my questions were answered and so far, I am very happy with everything.
We are first time customers of Briggs. We had mini split AC's installed throughout our home. Their team is phenomenal. Chris and Mike were extremely helpful with planning the installation of our units and even changed the initial plan once they had a better understanding of our needs. Communication was on point from the day of the consultation to the final walk through. Corry and Robert did excellent work with the installation and asked for our input on some details during the process to ensure we are happy with the end result. Briggs Mechanical was recommended to me by two different parties, which goes a long way when making a major hiring decision. The project was for mini-split ductless heating and A/C units. From the initial contact with Chris, the follow-up process and follow through was prompt and professional. Lois and Janine were great intermediaries - phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and appointments made, were kept. Feeling comfortable and confident about the people who are working in your home is a very important part of the experience, and Brigg’s provided that, as well. The two young men from Briggs Mechanical, Sean and Cam, were courteous and professional and careful in protecting and covering floors and walls from debris. They always left a clean work area, and to their credit, they did not complain about a few tight crawl spaces when installing wiring! The businesses’ owner, Mike, is also a hands-on part of the team, overseeing and signing off on the project. These days it’s unusual to have a well-run, smooth, uneventful, on-site home project, but Brigg’s Mechanical provided just that. They seem to have mastered the process; all areas of the business are well coordinated, communicating, and working in tandem. Such a relief, such a nice change, such professional service! The only thing missing from this mini-split install experience? Horror stories! Thank; you!
In May 2023 we had Briggs Mechanical install a Mitsubishi 4 zone 36K Btu Inverter Heat Pump combined with 2 ductless wall units and 2 ceiling cassettes. Originally, we talked with Chris Instasi about Central Air. We switched to the Heat Pump concept for its dual AC / Heat functions. Chris was very patient with extensive questions & changes. Our installers were Cameron and Shawn who worked for 3 days carefully considering the interior placements, line set routing and Heat Pump Installation. The electrician was also detailed and very efficient. The total install was very professional. Owner Mike Briggs was available in person and by email to help coordinate small details / questions. Mitsubishi to date, I believe is the only Mfg. that offers rectangular ceiling cassettes that fit between 16 1/2" on center ceiling joists. It's a very quiet system with a 12 year Mitsubishi warrantee.
Briggs was prompt in responding to our request for a quote, they were professional and kept us up to date on the installation process and any issues that cropped up. Scheduled a tune-up and cleaning of my gas boiler. I was able to get an appointment a few weeks out. Tech showed up on time (a little early even - always appreciated!) and got the job done quickly. Asked about the overall condition of the unit and seemed very honest with his responses. Said it was in pretty decent shape for the overall age and never tried to upsell. Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
I had some electrical work corrected in my house. The Briggs Mechanical electrician was professional and dedicated to complete the work in a timely manner. She clearly communicated the issues and explained the alternatives. Would hire them again. Great job!

New customer to Briggs. We replaced an old central air conditioning unit (30 Years+) and added a heat pump for the basement living area as well. We choose Briggs after looking at a few different companies in the area. Briggs provided the most detailed quote and gave the best advice for picking out the unit that was right for our needs. The installation was super smooth, neat, and professional. The installers did a beautiful job installing the units. We are very happy with the finished product. LP gas heating system inop. Peter completed troubleshooting and identified the issue. After a quick trip to the supply house, Peter had the system back up and running. Thanks Peter and Briggs Mechanical.
Briggs recently installed a Mitsubishi AC unit for me. Outstanding service the whole install. They put down runners on my floor and carpet and even wore plastic shoe covers. The two installers couldn`t have been nicer. The were even vacuuming my floors as they were leaving. Not a question use them!!!!
