BDL did an excellent job with the installation of my new Mitsubishi ac/heat pump air handler system. The owner, Brian, came out to give me an estimate. Was a down to earth, regular guy who gave me an honest assessment and estimate. Josh, the operations manager was easy to get a hold of and always kept me informed. And to Steve and Steve who installed the system, they were professional, clean and hardworking. Thanks to the BDL team! Much appreciated!
From the first visit of BDL owner Brian to quote us for new central air to a follow up service call, this company exceeded all our expectations. They offered us a competitive price for the job, answered all our questions and guided us through and even helped us apply for the relevant MassSave loans and rebates. This was quite the contrast to the so called leading HVAC company in the area who more or less told us we were on our own, in dealing with MassSave. The two technicians who installed our new system were friendly, professional and cleaned up thoroughly after both days of installation. Through the whole process Josh professionally coordinated everything and when after the job was done, we were concerned there might be a problem, he sent another very professional technician to check everything, thus insuring we knew the job was done correctly. Everything was done to perfection! We would have no hesitation in recommending BDL for service or installation.
Just had my first annual maintenance of the A/C system that BDL installed a year ago. The service technician Max Ribeiro did an outstanding job. He was friendly and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions (and I ask a lot of them) and in so doing he demonstrated that he is extremely knowledgeable and very sharp. I hope I get his services next year !

BDL is an awesome company to work with. They are professional and the best in the business. They installed my HVAC system 8 years ago and did an incredible job. I recently needed a repair and Dave did a great job. Rob, the Service Manager, was great to work with as well. They are the best!
We have used BDL for 15+ years for all of our HVAC needs. The previous owner of our home spoke highly of them, ( they had them for 10 years) so we just continued and have never been disappointed. Nathan, Jaren, and James were excellent with installing my mini split system! They were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. Josh was also very helpful throughout the entire process. I will be recommending BDL Heating and Cooling moving forward.

These guys were great! I called for emergency service on Saturday (the coldest day of the year) and left a message and received a call back within 30 minutes.Sean came out within a few hours to see what was going on . He explained what the problem was and told me what would be needed and I would be contacted on Monday for the repair. I was called on Monday and and given a 2 hour window of when the guys would arrive. They arrived on time and Jake and Louis did a great job on my repair. They were friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The office staff was great on the phone, listened to my problem and assured me I would I have my heat back! I am very happy with the customer service provided by the technicians and the office staff. I would recommend BDL to anyone needing HVAC Service.

We don’t speak English well, so we seldom make reviews , but for this company and the team, I must give my very satisfactory review. For the person who answered the phone, she must be very busy, and I couldn’t express clearly at the time, she said Someone called me back. He called me in a short time. He spoke very slowly, but I still couldn't express my meaning clearly. My friend made an appointment for me. Dave was very busy the next day. He arrived early and started to check and repair. He patiently communicated with me using a mobile phone translator and solved our heating problem. When he left, he kept the surrounding area clean. Thanks for their quick and timely help, let me have a warm Christmas. Hope google translate can express my meaning correctly.
The BDL installation team did a great job replacing a pair of old central air conditioning systems in my home. The installers were very professional, consistently on time, and were very conscientious about protecting floors and cleaning up after themselves. Very meticulous and quality installation. They had to run some new refrigerant lines rather than reusing old, but held to their original cost estimate. They were the lowest bid of three quotes solicited for the job. An excellent value and I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.
I am not a big fan of writing reviews - however, I feel that I do need to write one for Dave, his colleague (unfortunately I didn't get a chance to get his name) and the whole BDL team (they normally don't provide emergency service - however, when they heard that we are in trouble, the lady on the call still dispatched a squad outside of their normal schedule), who did a fantastic job in repairing our furnace during a cold New England winter night. As a new homeowner, it is always nerve-wracking to know that something expensive is malfunctioning and need emergency repairs; and it will definitely make matters worse and make things even more stressful if you didn't hire the right technicians to do the job - the first HVAC contractor we hired care very little about the problems we faced; instead, I guess he was more interested in taking advantage of the situation (no heat in New England winter) and convincing us to make big purchases during the wrong time. Before we decide to replace the whole furnace with a "special price" for emergency services, fortunately, we decided to reach out to the BDL team for another opinion, which turned out to be the right opinion - it took only 2 hours for Dave and his colleague to fix the furnace issue with a very reasonable price, even though the first contractor claimed that the issue was "very complicated" and "very expensive" to repair. Similar to our previous contractor, Dave also gave us realistic expectations for our old system and reminded us that the system needs to be replaced. But unlike the previous contractors we hired, they listened to our need and tried their best to make things work best for us. I highly recommend this company if you ever needed any support for your HVAC unit - they are professional, trustworthy, and most importantly, they care about their customers.
We had a Mitsubishi ductless wall-mounted heating & cooling unit installed. BDL did a great job. Everybody we worked with was so professional every step of the way. I highly recommend BDL.
The maintenance technician named Drew was great. He opened a line of communication with me and I knew exactly when he would be here to perform the service. He was extremely thorough and very personable. Job well done.
Ductless system was installed by Andrew and Carlos in 3 days of hard work. System works better than expected for heating this old house; can't wait for summer ac. The entire process from quote to completion was professional and courteous and we enjoyed meeting with such nice people at every step. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable. Their workmanship was excellent and left everything neat and clean. Could not have asked for a better experience.
