Outstanding quality and service.
TJ’s Heating and Air Conditioning offers a high-quality product at a competitive price, and their staff are professional, responsive, knowledgeable and on time. The team is prompt to respond to calls and emails and the price was the best out of the several quotes I requested. Tyler took the time to explain his AC product recommendation and the installation process. The AC system he recommended was based on the size of my home, existing infrastructure and his experience and knowledge of the manufacturer. He answered all my questions. The work was done quickly, quietly, and professionally - I hardly knew the installation team was there! Amazing service, quality, and value!

Can't recommend Tyler and his team enough. Professional, responsive, and hard working crew. We had a tricky project from the start and Tyler took all the time needed to answer my questions and make sure we were comfortable before moving forward. Communication and execution was spot on throughout the entire install and we are very happy with the final product.
These guys are extremely friendly and professional. Added central air to my existing duct work and they did an amazing job. 10/10.
TJ's was very helpful setting up service and communicating before and after the work. They quickly got the heating system working with a temporary fix while ordering the replacement part. I recommend them and will use them again.
From the beginning I've had a great experience with TJ's. From the quote visit through working with Beverly in the office to smooth out any wrinkles, and the installation, it was a breeze. Tyler and his crew were thorough, minimally invasive, and professional. They installed 3 minisplits in my home perfectly and all before lunchtime. I highly recommend.

Good quality work. They also saved me time by coming out and quoting me quickly, getting the job done quickly and being quick to respond and helpful in our communication. This combined with the fact that they were a good deal in that they were the cheapest out of 4 quotes and fully licensed make them the best in like every category. Most companies aren't this good, thanks again.
The technician arrived at the scheduled time to perform the annual maintenance on 8 units in the building. The maintenance required both inside and outside work in all the units, which was accomplished is an efficient and timely manner. The technician was respectful of unit owner’s property and informed unit owners of the results of his inspection of their system. We have been clients of TJ’s HVAC for many years and would highly recommend the company.
I was referred to Tyler from my brother who used him for his new heat and a/c system. I called Tyler, he came to look and quote the very next am. He listened, he advised and actually did not recommend the more expensive system. I had a quote within 2 hours of his visit. He quoted two systems. Both quotes were substantially less than 2 other quotes I had received. I went with Tyler and went for the upgraded system. He came back to install about 2 weeks later, on time and perfectly. Beverly in the office is great and Phil was a very nice guy as well. I highly recommend TJs . They are the real deal Marco Shaffer
I was in a tough spot with my air conditioning unit stopped working. I called TJ's Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC and they were wonderful to me. They came out within a reasonable time and moved some stuff around to install the air conditioning unit during one of the hottest weeks. I am so pleased with their service and TJ and his worker were very pleasant to work with. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the quick turnaround time for this project. I will use them again in the future. Thank you again TJ!
Hi , I can’t say enough good things about this company. The men showed up on time . Communicated well thru the whole process . They did some plumbing work and installed a Hvac system. Both jobs went well and all is working wonderful. They cleaned up all the work areas . Which is the first time that has happened with all the workmen we have hired . I will for sure hire this company again . They went above and beyond . I had a last minute request for them to do a small sink install before they left and they did without hesitation . All the men worked hard and got all the work done . We’re very pleasant to be around and high standard of work. Thank you for your hard work Rebecca in Pepperell Mass

I was referred to TJ's Heating & Air Conditioning through a networked group of contractors. Tyler gave sound and professional advice on course install would take, positively no up selling even though some of my thoughts and suggestions, while plausible, would have cost more. Tyler has been in this business since he was a teenager, his knowledge, honesty and sincerity put me at ease. I had an existing outdated forced hot air system (no AC) with leaky ductwork . Within 1 week I had a very reasonable itemized proposal. I had to contact the office with some questions and dealt with Beverly who was extremely polite and professional, a rarity nowadays. The install went like clockwork on assigned date and all work and clean-up was completed as promised.Tyler and his team were professional, polite and took time to answer any questions. This is a company I would highly recommend ( I already have several times). At the very least call for an estimate, you will not regret it.
They gave very satisfactory service. The pricing was competitive and timely service. I recommend them for any heating and AC solutions.
TJ’s repaired our tankless hot water system. There was a strange noise( like a train whistle) most often when we ran hot water. Since identifying where the noise was coming from and fixing it, the problem seems fixed and things are quiet again!
Huge fan of TJ's. They've provided great service and great equipment.
