"Tony was absolutely fabulous. He checked and cleaned everything thoroughly, answered all of my many questions patiently and clearly, and went out of his way to make sure I understood all the steps I should take in addition to this annual cleaning/system check for my system to work at peak efficiency. He really knows these systems well - 2 heat pumps with ducts and one ductless unit. Plus he carefully cleans up after the work. I couldn't ask for anyone better. I hope Nashoba Air sends him again next year. "

I had Nashoba come out to quote a heat pump install (replacement for an old R22 A/C unit). Mike was polite and knowledgeable and pulled together three competitive quotes. I didn't go with Nashoba this time but I was impressed enough to keep them in the list for the next two systems.
I had a bit of sticker shock at the price, totally not their fault. Inflations sucks. They had a crew work on installing my system for a week. Very professional, good work, quality product. Whould use them again.
I have a very good feedback with Nashoba Air & Boiler works Company, This company has a very good employee with excellent skill working there, They know what they are doing, I have just replaced my heater boiler from Nashoba Air & Boiler Works Company. The electronations arrived my house on time, I have also received text notification from company and electrician while they are on the way to my house very day. I like the professional, quality, clean job they have done. my utility room has a more space because they relocated my hot water boiler The price is very reasonable with the job they have done. It's been year since the work has been performed. The work was sublet to another contractor who did a superb job.
I was not happy with annual maintenance of my AC condensers and handlers. AC condenser is new but he did not checked coolant level at all. And one of the condenser fan continues making noise. I need to think about next maintenance service of Heating and Cooling Systems.
The HVAC Tech, was polite, and efficient with testing my AC System. He let me know the details of my AC System.
Evan Schwartz came out to look at my central air conditioning system and performed all these tests on the system and turned out it just needed coolant added to it and it’s up & running again. A different company previously came out- never performed any tests and immediately said I needed a whole new system without doing any tests. I’m so glad I found Nashoba Air- they were comprehensive, checked everything and explained everything in detail. I couldn’t be happier with their service!!! Nashoba Air is the company to go to for your cooling systems!!
Tommy from Nashoba Air came out to do a boiler cleaning, and review a minor issue we were having. He recommended replacing our ignitor and returned a few days later when the part arrived. Tommy was very professional and easy to chat with. I also appreciate Nashoba Air's adoption of helpful technology to provide updates on when technicians will arrive.
The folks at Nashoba got us out of a jam! Earlier this month we went to turn on the A/C for the first time of the season and ..... nothing. We called and got a consultant, Jim, to come on Saturday. He ran through all of the most energy efficient options and helped us choose the one that was right for us. He did not try to oversell us and gave us several choices. Less than a week later our new Carrier Heat Pump and an Ecobee thermostat were installed. And today a technician came out to fix a noisy air vent and to give us a tutorial on all of the functions of the Ecobee. Great service, knowledgeable technicians, and excellent clean up and follow through when it was all done. A++
I was quoted $4000 by Nashoba to fix my new air conditioning system. I went elsewhere and got it done for under $1000.
