The technician Taylor Westcott did a marvelous and absolutely professional diagnosis of a complex plumbing problem and was able to make my family comfortable at the same time. Overall cost was fair and pretty competitive. I will definitely contact them again for any further service.
Basnett have helped us with two issues lately and been fantastic to work with. Their staff member Phineas was superb throughout. Thoroughly recommend if looking for a local, dependable (and professional) plumber.
Matthew thorough, courteous, and technically skilled. He noticed a nearly indictable leak , showed it to me so there were no surprises at the end, and then fixed it.
Their after hours response time was under 1 hr, they walked me through triaging the problem, kept me on a wait list for emergency service, responded within minutes after I called back when the problem started to get worse and promptly arrived the next morning and completed the repairs (2 different burst pipes) in under 3 hours. Installed a replacement AC for a 20+ year old compressor with new condensation coils. Arrived promptly the morning of the installation, completed the work that day and after a quick call to the office they stayed till I could get back to the job site, walked through the job with me, and explained everything they did. Super professional. Explained specifics about what codes applied to the work. I’d use them again.
I have had very good experience with all the employees at Basnett Plumbing. The office staff is helpful and responsive. The technicians have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions and teach you. They do a very thorough job with the maintenance of our appliances through their maintenance program . They are helpful in trying to find ways to save you money. I have confidence in the company.
Excellent work, quality work is noticed not only on the care removing defective parts but also in replacing them. Best experience from a contractor I ever had.

Good company. Friendly people. I really like their CRM system - I would like to see this in every service business any size. However, be careful with their MassSave rebate evaluations. I didn't get my rebate. UPD: after consulting with Basnett Pluming, Heating, & AC and multiple calls to MassSave we finally got our rebate. It was the MassSave issue. So, two stars to MassSave, five stars for Basnett Pluming, Heating, & AC. Glad to be their client.

We have been using Bassett Plumbing for many years now. They installed our Gas Heating System and out new AC System in our home and we signed up to their service contracts . We’ve found them to be very professional, very responsive and knowledgeable. Their technicians have visited many times and always do an excellent job. We will add that all their technicians we have used to date have been great, including their office and sales staff too who respond to requests quickly. We highly recommend this company to work with.
