Incredible service and installation. After an emergency repair on our propane furnace, Quail has also installed baseboard heaters in our house and done routine maintenance on the furnace. They call and text before the technician arrives, they give you precise times when they will be at your location. Always communicative and up front on pricing, all around an excellent local business. Very satisfied. UPDATE 7/7/23 - Had Keith Reardon come out for a call - again, excellent communication and service. Hot water is back up and running - you can not go wrong with Quail service.

If i could give more than 5 Stars i would. The office lady Lynne is amazing she had the answers to all the questions along the way she does an amazing job Very Very Transparent. Angel was amazing when he came out to look at the Job was not pushy made suggestions and took our wants and needs into consideration was very understanding. Kevin & Nick did top notch work i mean the attention to detail the cleanliness of there work and quality was amazing. They made suggestions and ran with what was best, and im just still in aw about how clean the linesets were run in the attic so clean looking, the heads in the rooms are mounted exactly where we wanted them just overall a great job. The electrician did amazing work as well from the placement of everything and attention to detail as well. Thank you so much for the job well done and the process of how easy you ALL made this come together. We will back back!!!!

We paid in advance for the membership service for our mini-splits. When it came to our second scheduled service as part of the membership, Quail cancelled the morning of. We did not receive any call, but rather a last minute text message. When we called, the rep lied saying she called. She then stated that they would call back to see if they could send someone later that day. That did not happen. We never received a follow up call to reschedule or to rectify the situation. When we called back two weeks later, they stated none of this interaction was logged in the system, and that was the reason we didn’t get a call back to reschedule. When we asked for a refund for the second half of the membership service that was never completed, we were told they would need to figure it out and would call us back. That was two months ago. I am not sure how this company is so highly rated with such terrible customer service. We have not received a call back or a refund. Also, the tech did not fully secure the mini-split units when service was done last summer. Update 6/26/23: We have yet to receive a refund for the membership fee. After seeing this original review, a representative contacted us and said that if we changed this review, they would send us the refund. It should not take changing a review to get a refund that is owed to us for services never received.
