Very bad customer service. No working texting ability along with wifi down when trying to get problem resolved...
Called Gervais as a couple of my mini-splits weren't functioning properly and scheduled a mechanic to come out in an attempt to just get an estimate on what it might cost to repair. After checking them out on the Better Business Bureau website and seeing complaints, I confirmed with TWO different receptionists that I would be charged NOTHING outside of the $99 dispatch fee to have a mechanic come out and diagnose the issue - I'd only pay if service was agreed to. The next day once the mechanic arrived, he said it would cost me $379 just to diagnose what the issue might be, on TOP of the $99 dispatch fee just to get him in my driveway. I shared that two receptionists told me I wouldn't be charged that day outside of the dispatch fee and the mechanic shared that this "confusion" has come up in the past multiple times - and that he AGREED it felt like a bait and switch. He let me know I should've asked Gervais' pricing model and whether it was a flat rate or hourly, so I guess I didn't ask the two receptionists the "magic question". $379 just to diagnose an issue was ridiculous so I told the mechanic he could go and that I'd call the office. After calling the office and speaking to one of the same receptionists to express my frustration, all I got was an "apology if there was any confusion". Looks like I just gave away $99. Super disappointed because of all the great reviews - definitely don't recommend this business.
Yep saw the five star reviews called these guys after another place told us they wouldn’t come to service our AC for 3 weeks GTFO! Called Gervais and they here by late afternoon the same day!! - forgot the gentleman’s name but he was prompt and professional. Definitely use these guys again.
The Technician showed up right on time, was professional, explained my options, I have always had great service with this company

We had John B . Service our AC unit(s) . He was professional/ knowledgeable/ and courteous. He fixed the AC unit in a very timely manner but more importantly, he was very hospitable as we shared a few stories about our dogs !
Prompt, and reasonable considering i had an after hours emergency. Heather on the phone, was fantastic and helpful, i was really panicking! She was able to get the tech out that night. Chris was prompt, took care of the repair quickly, and additionally advised me how best to take care of the impacted surrounding area (ceiling) to avoid problems there in the future. Highly recommend Gervais!!! i will definitely them again for other service i need done.. thank you Heather and Chris,!!
Chris Q was a fantastic tech- efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and took care of the problem. Even helped on an additional problem not originally scheduled. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris was on time, didnt waste any time in his truck came right to front door, and was extremely professional. He took the time to be diligent, even answering a homeowners side bar questions. Put booties on indoors, and cared about the home and equipment he was working on. He fixed the issue. Then had an odd hiccup. He troubleshooted the problem again, and the outdoor condenser was fixed. I would highly reccomend the company, and especially the technician Chris. Would ask for him specifically if possible for future needs. Loved the entire visit from start to end. Thanka again!
Ben was amazing! Incredibly helpful, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Identified the issue and was able to fix it properly and within appropriate timeline. I would highly recommend Ben for future work. The only issue came from the business side of communication of project and cost.
We had Enzo over from Gervais and he figured out what was going wrong and ensured the work is done the right way. He is knowledgeable and explained his thought process really well. Definitely recommended.
Nick, Nilson, Devin were awesome to work with! Great personalities on all the install team. UPDATE: After further investigation into the workmanship shown by the install team, they cut corners on installing the AC unit / condenser pump and pipe. Water was dripping out of control into the drip pan, and leaked into my insulation in my attic causing a 6ft water to appear on my bedroom ceiling due to improper installation. They left the hole in my drip pan un-touched with the zip tie to the nozzle still attached for water to free flow. Multiple screws and garbage were left upstairs in the attic. Please check work before they leave after they say everything is all set to go. Disappointed to say the least after spending that kind of money. Claudio came out a couple weeks later and was very professional and knowledgeable about everything and we thank him very much!
In this period/season of long waiting lists, we were able to set up a service appointment with Gervais within a week or so, and their team was attentive, explained things well, and very professional. We were very satisfied with their service.

Technician (Enzo) was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain to me his diagnosis of the problem. He found the issue right away and fixed it!!!!!
He was here for for no more than 10 mins and handed me a bill for $440 to unclog a single toilet. I complained and they charged me $400 with senior discount.
Everyone was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Enzo helped me make an informed decision rather than trying to push me toward the most expensive unit. We plan to continue using Gervais for our commercial HVAC system in the future.
The team did an outstanding job. Claudio is a great communicator and let me know what was going on throughout the entire install process. Excellent and professional job!
