Kero responded promptly and gave me all pertinent information up front. He communicates well and promptly and doesn’t pressure for services. He explains the options and the pros/cons. I highly recommend his services!

I was desperate to get someone to take a look at my central air during the hottest week of the year, and Kero HVAC was able to not only schedule for later in the week, but was able to come out two days earlier because his schedule freed up. Others weren't scheduling for at least another 2 weeks up to a month later. The technician was able to diagnose the issue very quickly (low refrigerant level), explain clearly what all my options were. He was able to address the issue immediately, stuck around to make sure everything was ok. The actual cost of visiting was extremely competitive vs others in the area, and I was extremely satisfied with the final result and plan on using Kero HVAC for my future HVAC needs (hopefully only tune-ups in the future...crossing fingers). Update: I continue to use Kero for my spring and winter tuneups and have had no complaints or issues.
KERO drove down to the Cape to look at the job on a Saturday night! Our AC was out on the hottest day of the summer. KERO priced and installed quickly and saved our summer.
1. Kero, answered the call and that in this day and age tells me something about his work ethics. They are excellent! 2.He tried to help me diagnose the issue immediately over the phone on a Sunday. Rather than reading a “script” telling me that “without seeing the unit he could not help me” Which is what we are all used to these days. 3. He made an educated diagnosis by the information that I gave to him. Speculated about the cost of the part and the amount of time that it would take to fix it. He was right on! 4. He showed up when he said that he would. He fixed the unit as he said he would. He was his word to me. He also gave a follow up courtesy phone call to check on the unit. 5. He was friendly, polite, clean and professional. I would highly recommend Kero Menas to my closest friends and as a matter of fact i already did.

Mr. Kerolos Mena of Kero HVAC added 9 lbs of 410A Freon for $765 on 07.25.2025. He came on time, he has very nice manners, and it appears that everything works fine.

Kero was great, he came out right away to check on our A/C problems. He had to come back and was right on time again. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Did what he said he was going to do and when he was going to do it which says a lot. I will be using him again and would recommend him.
