These folks installed the geothermal unit in my house for the previous owner, and it has run flawlessly for me for over 6 years now. A couple of fellas came out a few months ago to do a service and could not have been more nice and professional to me and my wife. Although they were here for the HVAC maintainence, they noticed signs of moisture in my basement and kindly suggested that I needed to get a dehumidifier in place ASAP. Boy were they right! I'm pumping 10 gallons of water out every 3 or 4 days. Previously this was soaking into my floor., which could have been catastrophic! This bit of advice probably saved my floor. Also, if they don't do it, they can probably refer you to someone that can. They've helped me out this way on two occasions. Not many companies like this left, so take advantage of them while you can.
We have used Potter Heating & Electric for a few years now and they never disappoint! Their team is knowledgeable, straight-forward and always follows through. We always feel like when we call, we're a priority--which when your heat or A/C isn't working, makes you feel like a valued customer.
We just bought a house and had to use them a couple times all ready. They have been wonderful to work with everytime. We will keep using them for everything

CGFI issues. Replaced and extensive problem solving led to a successful fix. They never gave up. On time always and worked hard to get me an appt asap. Great company. Referred by my friend. Not disappointed. Will absolutely for future needs.
I have never had a bad experience with Potter. Every time I need them for work, they are on time and very reasonably priced. I use them everytime I need work done and never regret it.
I needed a new HVAC unit to replace a 25 year old one. An estimator arrived at my house within 20 minutes. He was thorough and asked many questions. The quote was received the next day and it was quite reasonable. I was able to schedule within one (1) week. The crew arrived on the scheduled day and were on time. They were organized and very methodical. When work was complete, job clean-up was exceptional. I was charged exactly what the estimate stated and there were no up-charges. This company genuinely cares about their work and my home. I highly recommend Potter Heating & Electric and would use them again.
Don and his team are the best. We had an entire house of mitsubishi ductless installed in our newly built house. They are personable and professional, gave us competitive pricing as well.

I purchased a new American standard 14 seer unit with new air handler... The technicians were very professional. They did a great job on the install. Technicians arrived right on time. I met one of the owners, very nice guy, down to earth. Pricing was comparable to others, potter price was a little better though. VERY Happy customer. I would have no problems using them again in the future.
I am so THRILLED with the work Mr. Simpson did at my residence today I just had to write a review. First of all, he showed up when expected! Other companies never showed up or called back. He did an EXCELLENT job finding the root of my problem and fixing it!! If you need electricial work done I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Potter Heating & Electric Inc. It's a family own business with years of experience!! I'm just so happy I now have a reliable electrician in my area that I can call if I have any more problems.
I cannot recommend Potter highly enough. Without going into too much detail, we had a three year old boiler completely self-destruct. Potter came out several times and ended up having to completely rebuild it. We contacted the maker of the boiler to request that they cover the cost of parts since it appeared to be their issue. Donnie, a serviceman at Potter, patiently rebuilt the boiler and wrote up a thorough explanation of our issues to be submitted to the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not want to cover the faulty parts but, thanks to the persistence of Valerie, finally agreed to cover the replacement parts. Without Potter's thorough explanation and persistence we would have been charged for all of the parts. Potter did not bill us for four months while we were waiting to find out if the manufacturer was going to cover the cost and when we did get the bill for labor it was very reasonable. I would use Potter again in a heartbeat! They are trustworthy, hard working, and persistent!
